i saw a video of some guy showing how to survive the movie situation and shortened the video,one key factor is megune is renamed to megumi and miki isnt in the mall but just a class next door,and almost every way of progression is different from the anime and it seems no toromaru.... yeah live action version really hit the nerve and it looked like what if a generic zombie movie would try to capture a really detailed and fucked up storyline with main character with mental issues being one thing they fuck up the most as the portraying of her and her realising it was all just coping mechanism all being done way worse than the anime
