What seems to be the case here is that...The Judge was under pressure to reject the Bail Plea on some pretext & the NCB had to prove a point(that's what NCB has said in a statement today) so that consequently, people perceive that Aryan was actually guilty and that is why his Bail Plea was denied(mostly people follow only Headlines and jump to conclusions). Also, it's not the lawyer's fault as it is evident that Judge has just shifted the focus to mere maintainability whereas the bail could've easily been given on Merits.

What seems to be the case here is that...The Judge was under pressure to reject the Bail Plea on some pretext & the NCB had to prove a point(that's what NCB has said in a statement today) so that consequently, people perceive that Aryan was actually guilty and that is why his Bail Plea was denied(mostly people follow only Headlines and jump to conclusions).
Also, it's not the lawyer's fault as it is evident that Judge has just shifted the focus to mere maintainability whereas the bail could've easily been given on Merits.

that case is transferred from NCB to NIA as the ship that contained the drugs belongs to iraq.. out of NCB reach
no one has the balls to discuss or investigate that case. TV studios will shut down overnight, investigative agencies will get wound up by ordinance of GoI and newspapers will get closed down within 24 hours of trying to touch that case. Look at Lakhimpur the accused would have been arrested and subjected to 3rd degree to get a confession by now... infact encountered as well had he not been the ministers son. It's high time that people in India understood that they are like dogs on the streets or even worse, they and their lives do not matter.
