If you read the constitution this "guilty until proven innocent" thing is only for NDPS act because it is a very serious act. Dhruv also said this at 4:50
in NDPS the person has to prove in prima facie itself that he/she. is not guilty ...its very draconian kind of law..if u read our law u will know..every lawyer in the country knows this
