Conan is a living proof that you can be a Hollywood superstar and have a soul. Since watching all previous videos about his visit to Israel I had the feeling that the oppression always bothered him. This video proves he truly cares. Conan is an amazing comedian and human being.

I went to team Coco's website and saw the unedited interview and the "activists" never once said "we support a two state solution." and their language implied that they didn't. They also made statements which were factually incorrect. There are Palestinians who want peace and Israelis who want peace as well as people on both sides who don't want peace. Regardless of numbers of who is/isn't in favor of a two state solution, it's my goal, and the goal of many others.

The unedited version of that group of people talking to conan was great. They come in with a hostile stance against him, but he hears them out, asks them intelligent questions, and it turns around. You can see at the end there that they are friendly and smiling at him
I think the unedited version of the conversation with that pro-Palestinian group should go up on TH-cam as well for more people to see. It's a good conversation even if the group did basically ambush Conan and tried to embarrass him(at least that's how I saw it). Props to Conan for keeping his composure and letting them to speak their views in front of the camera and to the group too for letting Conan speak uninterrupted when he responded.

honestly, many americans up until recently (or still do) think the palestinian-israel conflict is just about religion, so when they saw someone might be able to help raise awareness to the injustice and oppression, they were eager to talk with him...knowing that palestinian children are suffering and dying under occupation.

There are refugee campes in Syria, Iraq, Yemen and a lot more countries. This refugee camp looks a lot nicer than those camps. It doesn't even look different from a regular Arab village.
Yah refugee camps in Palestine are sectioned into neigborhoods. Most other refugee camps I n other Arabian sites are settled in roughly mobile/spacial area to substitute the mass movement of refugees due to the wars (I figure they seem more like check points, especially since these refugees due to the wars are fairly new and still less structured).

How do you create a Jewish majority ethnic-state on land occupied by mostly Arab Muslims? You have to force the Arab Muslims off the land and replace them with Jewish immigrants, which is the definition of ethnic cleansing. Maintaining a Jewish-majority state would require discriminatory laws that favor the Jewish demographic over the non-Jewish demographic, which is antithetical to democracy which is pluralistic. Either Israel is a democracy or it’s a Jewish ethno-state, it can’t be both. The two-state solution is dead thanks to continuous illegal settlements in the West Bank promoted by the Israeli government. The only answer is a one-state solution where all people have equal rights and those born on the land or have parents/grandparents born on the land have the right to return.
I want peace so bad. I’m a child of an Israeli and I’m Jewish, so of course I believe in the existence of a Jewish state, but the fighting has to stop. Both governments suck, but not many people are admitting that. We need to get rid of the people in the Israeli government who are making it worse and we need to get rid of Hamas. I admire how Conan navigates his way through touchy topics in a way where he finds a plausible solution. He also always tries to sympathies with the people similar to the Haitian people who were letting their steam off on him since he was an American.

Conan asked what they want to happen, twice. 1st time, as shown here, the American woman wanted US stop supporting Israel. 2nd time, same answer, but one Palestinian man in the back all the time voiced that the Israelis must go away from their land, literally 'from river to the sea'. The women agreed completely but added that if US stops funding Israel, that would be easier to happen.

I went to team Coco's website and saw the unedited interview and the "activists" never once said "we support a two state solution." and their language implied that they didn't. They also made statements which were factually incorrect. There are Palestinians who want peace and Israelis who want peace as well as people on both sides who don't want peace. Regardless of numbers of who is/isn't in favor of a two state solution, it's my goal, and the goal of many others.
We all want that, but the people if the two states don't, though few does but the majority doesn't. its just an unsolved problem! an exceptional case.

The unedited version of that group of people talking to conan was great. They come in with a hostile stance against him, but he hears them out, asks them intelligent questions, and it turns around. You can see at the end there that they are friendly and smiling at him
I think the unedited version of the conversation with that pro-Palestinian group should go up on TH-cam as well for more people to see.
It's a good conversation even if the group did basically ambush Conan and tried to embarrass him(at least that's how I saw it).

There are refugee campes in Syria, Iraq, Yemen and a lot more countries. This refugee camp looks a lot nicer than those camps. It doesn't even look different from a regular Arab village.
Yah refugee camps in Palestine are sectioned into neigborhoods. Most other refugee camps I n other Arabian sites are settled in roughly mobile/spacial area to substitute the mass movement of refugees due to the wars (I figure they seem more like check points, especially since these refugees due to the wars are fairly new and still less structured).

As a Jew, the main problem with Israel existing as a Jewish state is that it was established on land already occupied by Arab Muslims (living in peace with Christian and Jewish Arabs) since the Middle Ages. How do you create a Jewish majority ethnic-state on land occupied by mostly Arab Muslims? You have to force the Arab Muslims off the land and replace them with Jewish immigrants, which is the definition of ethnic cleansing. Maintaining a Jewish-majority state would require discriminatory laws that favor the Jewish demographic over the non-Jewish demographic, which is antithetical to democracy which is pluralistic. Either Israel is a democracy or it’s a Jewish ethno-state, it can’t be both. The two-state solution is dead thanks to continuous illegal settlements in the West Bank promoted by the Israeli government. The only answer is a one-state solution where all people have equal rights and those born on the land or have parents/grandparents born on the land have the right to return.

I want peace so bad. I’m a child of an Israeli and I’m Jewish, so of course I believe in the existence of a Jewish state, but the fighting has to stop. Both governments suck, but not many people are admitting that. We need to get rid of the people in the Israeli government who are making it worse and we need to get rid of Hamas.
Palestinians and Israelis both deserve to live in peace and safety and if anyone disagrees, they don’t actually fight for human rights. That’s all I can say. Bluelaser Palestinians are KEPT poor by Israel. Everything you said is true, but also anyone kept in situation like Gaza strip will always resist, and anyone who resist Israel is labeled terrorist. So calling Hamas Terrorist group is like calling the Rebellion on Star Wars terrorists

This is the reason Conan is the best late night show host. He doesn't shove his beliefs and political opinions down his audience's throats and he is humble enough to realise that his show can neither change people's mind nor can it change the situation at hand. He never resorts to virtue signalling and shaming people that don't hold the same beliefs and opinions that he does. I LOVE Conan.
How lovely these people are, they deserve to have better life. Stop killing them and stealing their land

Conan doesn't play the culture war, he doesn't do division. I respect the hell out of him for that. It's the reason why I still go back and watch him, but dropped all the other late night shows. I hope the others fall apart as a result of their immature behavior, so better comedians can take their place.

I admire how Conan navigates his way through touchy topics in a way where he finds a plausible solution. He also always tries to sympathies with the people similar to the Haitian people who were letting their steam off on him since he was an American.
This looks like such a delicate and dangerous visit and yet seeing this video it seems Conan handled the conversation with these people extremely well.

The encounter started with that lady in red accusing Conan aggressively for calling a palestine dish a Israeli dish on his program... ( in the end she admitted that dish was from Africa originally.)
Conan asked what they want to happen, twice. 1st time, as shown here, the American woman wanted US stop supporting Israel. 2nd time, same answer, but one Palestinian man in the back all the time voiced that the Israelis must go away from their land, literally 'from river to the sea'. The women agreed completely but added that if US stops funding Israel, that would be easier to happen.
Yep the from river to sea was a massive red flag.

Conan is able to make everyone laugh. That’s really difficult.. it’s easy to make one type of audience laugh,but to make everyone laugh is another level.
