Looks little dangerous. I wonder if you've ever pointed a speaker player ultra violet frequency video at a solar panel to see if it gets any power from the sound? I don't think it works but I don't have a panel. Some the videos say light degrades the panel after after a while, causing two percent loss in efficiency...so it would be fascinating if just ultra violate vibration could power panel...Probably can't, but if it could, there are fancy ways to convert heat to sound and probably the right vibration frequency.
