That was crazy! Imagine how much faster they'd be moving if they hadn't slowed down just to show you. Super cool. And super cool of them to show you and let you show us!

Thank you thank you for this - especially all the subtitles of what the bakers were saying, and your notes about things on screen - at the speed of the video - amazing information just a delight to watch your joy!
Truly appreciate the opportunity, time and space they offered you to visit and record your tour. Thank you to the bakery crew, and to you for posting the tour!
I know it’s probably weird to have noticed this but I was impressed by how clean the subway was. Also by how much they try to reduce waste and use scraps and leftovers. Jealous of this experience 😍🤤
What a pleasure it must have been to witness the inner workings of a French boulangerie! I definitely would not have been able to leave without multiple goodies.
I'm just dying with your "Flat au chocolat" thing xD As a French person, it's just so funny to hear my language being tranformed like that ! You're so precious ♥ France will wait your comeback ! Bisous !
how kind of the chef to set that up and for them of course to allow it! Great little behind the scenes 😊and I can imagine it was indeed very good for you to see that side of things as well.
It's so unbelievably easy to root for someone like inga. Just such a lovely openness and excitement for life and food, that is inspiring and heartwarming. Thank you for taking us along on the journey, we are very excited for your next culinary chapter :')
Omz Inga!! I can't believe your Paris journey is over already!! That literally just flew by so fast!!! I bet you had the time of your life, though!! That was so nice of them to have you over there!! Thank you for sharing! I definitely can think of a couple of questions if you were to do a Q&A video!! Either way, can't wait for the next one!! 💖💖
This was such a treat to watch. 🥹 I studied a cooking and baking diploma in Paris and now I am working in a restaurant. What the bakers said is true: school is vacation and the real world is completely different!! Loved watching the behind the scenes, thank you so much for sharing. ❤
Would enjoy a wrap-up video. Like how's living in France as an English speaker (looks like the people in the video speak English well), what's the city like in the morning, what's the international food scene like, etc.
I am so in awe of this experience! Thank you for sharing your trip! I kind of feel like I was vicariously living through you and it is an experience I would love to have myself some day💖
Hi inga! At this point, I’m living through you 😅 culinary school was my dream too. Watching you nerd out makes me happy for you. You deserve it and so much more! Good luck! *Big huggg*
Always wanted to join culinary school as an adult, but is the cost worth it? Like I don’t intend to switch careers 🤣 But always dreamed of going to culinary school.
so funny this place is right around the corner next to my appartment. Never came in but I can always see their cat sitted and looking outside the window
Please do a video on Ferrandi/culinary school! I’ve always wanted to attend culinary school n found out abt ferrandi recently. It would be very helpful if you could talk about ur experience with the program, and how you think u might benefit from it in the future?🌟
Its so funny to see the comparison between the school and bakery life. Having been through both, it's so interesting to watch, and they are definitely right, school is fun like a vacation and working in a bakery is different. Are you going to do an internship at a bakery in Paris?
I had dreams of going in pastry/working in a bakery, and all of this just feels so daunting, like there's so much information and I feel so behind and don't even know where to start even if I wanted to..
I would love to know if you think culinary school is worth it as a “break” from my full time job? Is it expensive? I love cooking but I feel really confined because I live alone and can’t eat that much so have to scale everything down, but I’d love to experiment more and learn with other people.
It is pretty expensive. I'd suggest looking at your local community colleges. A lot of times they offer cooking or baking classes for a more affordable price and teach skills for home cooking. Source: I went to culinary school in France and US.
So nice to see foreigners discovering and enjoying how a French Bakery works for real ! (And please say "Chocolatine" and not "Pain au Chocolat" !!!! jkjkjkjk)
Good God Inga!!! I’m just about to go to bed for my shift (which should be declared a war crime 😂😂😂). So very happy you are back!!! So what the people really want to know: Japan vs Korea!!! Yes France is the best but it’s France 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ How about some love from your stateside friends!!!
I lived in France for 2 months for study abroad and I miss the fresh baguettes and pain au chocolats (or chocolatines as they're called in the south of France)
taking all your questions for an upcoming q&a video, so please do leave yours below or on the community page!
What are you going to do with your new found knowledge and skills in French bread making?
what is the most underappreciated bread? what bread deserves way more love?
Are there any foods that you refuse to eat/ick you out?
Aw wow, Yu can make all kinds now!
Would you do croissant with chocolate inside?
Thank you for the wonderful show covering your school.
I'm curious on why you did mute the video when Christian said Bench Rest? LOL
Inga living her Studio Ghibli Cottagecore life.
now to build a bakery like the one in kiki’s delivery service 😤
Can you imagine kiki food recreation❤
@@IngaLam Yes but not with the Burnout Please !
That was crazy! Imagine how much faster they'd be moving if they hadn't slowed down just to show you. Super cool. And super cool of them to show you and let you show us!
The pastry sampling was something out of a dream
the kind of dream you don’t want to wake up from so you can eat it all 😭

I love watching your life adventures. Being a big introvert it makes me feel like I’m experiencing the world through your videos. 😊

Thank you for bringing us along. With all that time & labor, maybe the prices they charge are worth it. 👍
Ingas videos make me so happy, just seeing her all happy doing what she loves and what she wants to do is just..serotonin.
I am really getting into baking lately (after being intimated by it for so long) and this was a delight to watch, and fueled my motivation!
I managed a bakery for over a decade and this was very nostalgic to watch 🥰

These are all so fun to share with you!
Thank You for taking us along during your time in culinary school!!
That's what I remember about being in France...you just start gnawing on the baguette as you're walking back. It rarely survives whole!
i heard someone call it the baguette challenge… if so, it’s one i’ll always fail
Inga’s living our dream!! ❤❤
Love your passion. You're truly an inspiration
Would enjoy a wrap-up video. Like how's living in France as an English speaker (looks like the people in the video speak English well), what's the city like in the morning, what's the international food scene like, etc.

Inga just became an international treasure. ❤👏
Kinda wanna see Inga go crazy in a German bakery because our bread culture is so different to France but I think she'd love it too.
Quality content as always.

Great content!
So sweet they make little chocolate rolls for the kids on the way home! What did that pile of dough and leftover ham turn into?
something similar to the pizza-style flatbread we saw next to the focaccia i think 🧐
so beautiful
Definitely need run down about culinary school and is it worth it! would really like to hear your side on it!
She’s so beautiful 😍
