This CD marked my highschool and it was my transition form just listening to music to becoming a DJ. Magical time, now when I think about this after almost 20 years.

Same. A lot of these late 90's, early 2000's Mixmag CD's were the gateway into DJ'ing. Prior to the internet, it was kinda hard to find good music, unless you had a few good record shops close by :)
