when u start by adding volume back to the cheeks, the weight of the lower half of the face gets pulled up a bit.. and then u can assess from there. Thank u for the very instructional video.
This was so helpful! ... I had a facelift and necklift and liplift but unfortunately I still have the same naso lf's and my chin has a cobblestone look. This is all due to volume loss and skin laxity. I will send this to my plastic surgeon. He did laser around my chin mouth and lips but it basically just burned the skin quite severely and didn't really address the issues which are down to skin laxity. My surgeon did wonders tho. I am 63-yrs old and my hubby says I now look like the young-ish Farrah Fawcett. Ha! But thanks again doctor. I am from Glasgow but now live outside Toronto. Best regards.

This is the Dr's area of expertise, so he knows what he's doing & this does show on camera. If the patient has been professionally & properly "numbed" against ensuing pain, then most naturally, they're going to remain very calm & relaxed & of course, this is the obvious, prior aim of the Doctor. He won't progress/go forth with any treatment, UNLESS he knows that his patient feels NO pain. If he didn't numb her face effectively, she'd definitely be letting the Dr know about it!
