The filler doesn't expand under the skin, it a gel like substance that is injected below the surface of the skin to help restore any volume loss.

Hi! Which filler you would recommend for high in the midcheek right below the tear trough ligament (to support the TT ligament and soften the undereye hollows)…so not at/above the tear trough, but right below it at the medial cheek. Thank you!
We use juvederm products and we would typically use juvederm voluma for this.
Can you do anything for dents in face? I hit my head and it left a small depression. I was helping an elderly person at the time and have been left with this for last 6 years. I would love to have it corrected as I am extremely self conscious.

For a volumetric facelift like this results should be expected to last approximately 2 years with most patients returning after 12 months for a top up treatment in order to maintain the results rather than waiting for all of the filler to dissolve completely.
I have a heavy bottom lip and I’m so self conscious about it cause it sticks out can you advise meplease
That's quite a complex problem and can be challenging to remedy. Lip reduction surgery could be an option, although often the appearance of a large lower lip is the product of a recessed chin, deep labio-mental sulcus (the crease between your lower lip and chin) and a thin upper lip. Sometimes, correcting these other issues can create the appearance of a more harmonious lip. Your best option in the first instance would be a consultation with an experienced doctor to understand the anatomy of your problem and to work out from there what your options are. You can either use some muscle relaxing injections around the eye for minor cases. Most people who have a lot of excess skin need an upper blepharoplasty procedure.
We can also use a filler uder the brow to help "lift" the brow. Threads are also a great option.
Ofcourse depending on how droopy the lid is, some might need a blepharoplasty

We use a number of techniques to reduce any discomfort! Most patients feel a little pinch or two at the start, but after that they don't really feel much. It feels more like movement and pressure than pain.
