@D S Hi, hope you are well. I agree Nurses do not get paid what they deserve and they can be seen to be undervalued. I have nothing but the up most respect for them and the work they have done for years and especially during the pandemic, has been remarkable. I work in a hospital and I have seen the sacrifices people have made, especially nurses. A person who I care about is a nurse and I saw the perseverance they had to go through when times got really tough. So a massive thank you to all all nurses, past, present and future! Now, I don’t understand why me supporting someone’s hard work and dedication makes me a “pleb”😂. I actually find it quite amusing now that I think about it haha. But if me supporting someone’s helpfulness and effort makes me someone from a low social class, then so be it, whatever makes you sleep at night. But I’m going to give you the benefit of the doubt. Yes. U need to clear CBT exam from India, clear an interview from a UK hospital which will then offer u Certificate of Sponsorship and offer letter. After u land in the UK, u need to give OSCE exam. Once cleared, u'll get ur NMC PIN number which is like a license to practice as a nurse in the UK.
@@zebakhan2720 PIN doesn't expire untill some legal action has been taken to strike an RN off NMC register. But yes, RN practicing in the UK has to submit something called 'Nursing Revalidation' after every 3 years in their nursing career, in order to stay ' active' on the NMC register.

Hello April, yes you can move to do paediatric nursing after your adult nursing degree. However, if you do have your heart set on paediatric nursing then it may be worth changing your university choice perhaps!
