I want to buy some of Your products, to make some tie dye over cotton. Could You please tell me wich product is the Best for this thecnique, and also, where can i find Your productos un México ?
just wondering if a non-white fabric can be used? for example, can a darker SolarFast (black, blue, etc) be used on a lighter (grey, light blue, yellow, etc) 100% cotton fabric/tshirt? (understanding that there might be some color blending)
SolarFast dyes are transparent colors, so they will not show up on a black fabric. But you can absolutely print on non-white fabrics, keeping in mind that the base color will influence the final color (for instance, printing red on blue fabric will result in a purplish color, printing yellow on blue will produce a greenish color, etc.). For black fabric, you can always bleach out the area you want to print on, or use one of our non-bleach color removers, such as deColourant: www.jacquardproducts.com/decolourant Here is an example of that: instagram.com/p/sVm0Vulvg9/
Yes, we have a cool tiling function on our SolarFast image editing website that makes this super easy. It allows you to print your image on as many 8.5" x 11" sheets as you want. Check it out: jacquardsolarfast.com/
Ooohhh I love the one with Alfred Hitchcock ♥️♥️♥️
Very creative. Thanks for the inspiration.
How long did you expose the black for ?
Black requires a bit more time. We usually do about 30 minutes.

Amazing !
How resistant is the print to washing ?
SolarFast is completely permanent and washfast. It will never fade in the wash!

can the negative be used more than once?
Yes, absolutely! The SolarFast Film offered by Jacquard has one waterproof side, so it can be used with SolarFast repeatedly without becoming damaged
how did you make the hitchcock image that big? it almost looks like you taped a couple sheets together?

@@jacquardproducts can you juste tape the sheets together with transparent tape or would that show up on the end result?
@@tendo6385 transparent tape should work great, and probably would not show up in the print
