- We followed around Tread Athlete Chris Cortez during his leg day lifts and caught some of the interactions between him and his coach.
Disclaimer: this leg workout was custom made for him and his deficiencies, everyone we train has a different lifting routine which also changes every month.

More of these vids there fire
Chris Cortez went crazy in the mcws!!!
@tread athletics
Did you produce that music in your mechanical analysis videos? For example, the one in the Yordano Ventura video?
thank you
As a right handed pitcher my right leg was always stronger for my single leg RDL.. but I threw 87. Things are starting to make sense
I like that they called it lower body training instead of just "legs", because they are training a lot of core as well as the connection between legs and core with these exercises.
What's the thoughts on upper body arm workouts for pitchers? What would be a percentage breakdown of muscle groups to target?

We definitely believe in developing the total body when it comes to workouts. Here are some videos we've made in the past about lifting, etc.:

101 on pulldown then 98-99 on mound is interesting
Prob footage of an early pulldown not a max pulldown

50 seconds in this guy is about spit gold but then gets interrupted and loses train of thought. Let the guy that throws 100 talk 🤦🏽♂️
What part 😂
His coach knows a thing or two about throwing hard:

You not see the video of his coach pulling down 106?

Dude already hits 100 mph. Ya'll gonna get him injured lifting like that
How do you think he got where he is? Magic? You can’t just stop working out and making adjustments in your game and expect to continue to throw hard
How do you think he got to 100😂
@@AndrewJano24a lot of it is genetics tbh. There’s a lot of stronger people than him and more athletic
100mph = Tommy John
This is false.
