I don't agree with the first one It doesn't matter whether u compare urself with others or not u will be compared with others to find the person with best capability to do that work. And this is done by taking ng test of the candidates claiming that they r capable. Entrance test /job interview All these r test to conform ur claim of being fit for the work. It is not about u don't it as being excluded from something in that context i give complete acceptance to everyone but when it comes it finding who is the best fit for the work i will definitely look for the alignment between need of the work and persons capability.so it is about finding the best match.its about ur capabilities and capabilities requirements of the work.uts is about ur capabilities not u being excluded.
