My Self Inquery Experience:
While meditation I reached the conclusion that "I am a human being". Then I went deeper and I see that "Human being" is also an English word that is fed in my mind by our parents and our current education system. So I am also not Human Being because it's just a word of the English language. If I am not a human being what remains? If I subtract the word human being from my self-inquiry process which is "I am a human being". What remains? It only remains "I am". And again "I am" is also of words of English Language. Suppose we don't know any language then how we can say even "I am"? By doing same kind of inquiry and pealing all of the layers like (Breath, sensations, sounds, smells etc) in the end I reached the conclusion that I am Seer, Observer, Knower. Every experience is getting born and dying in my knowing awareness Again all these are words of the English language. But these are the most relevant words related to what I experienced and which can't be expressed through words. And In this world, I don't know how to explain my experience without using any word.

Completely agree with Sandeep regarding the mind as it’s accumulated information through out the time., but it’s not that simple as I see by instant observation or insight you become free of this stranglehold of information.
