Self esteem: knowing your self worth and clarity about yourself...It is basically your perception about yourself..its all about being comfortable in your own skin..aap logon ke bataye huay criterias p jb chalenge aur khd jb apne upr bharosa ni rkhenge toh aap ki self esteem low hogi...
Overconfidence ruin you as it builds u arrogant and thus there is no further improvement..
Define self worth, be grateful for what you have...
Connecting our esteem with materialistic things and comparing yourself with wrong things make you loose..its all about being satisfied with your own..Turn deaf when you hear negative talk and be positive...
