I found a glitch by myself where if you hold (RB) with the skateboard in your hand, go up to someone and mid-swing you press (Y) to either go in the floor, go flying (on board or not), or get insane speed on the board, or get really uncomfortable looking things wit yo legs.

I found that in the San van party pack, the art gallery level, you can drop a ramp object near the ledge of the sidewalk near the fence, you can get over the fence and enjoy the rest of the level.
