I see there are many like me who do not bother to read the little short info bits in the little book in the box lol. Getting mine installed this week. I swear the water is going to splash out, hoping I'm wrong on that. It goes farther out into the sink than my old one.
What good is the censor if you have to manually turn it on in the first place
Apparently it's so you can pause it in between loading each dish without messing up your setting (temp, flow). So turn it how you like it, then pause in between dishes

I’ll give credit where it’s due.
My faucet had a spurt of water come out and then it just shuts off for a few minutes.
You casually mentioned batteries. Batteries. I’ve never had a faucet that needed batteries before. So I checked it out and lo and behold, there was a battery pack in there.
I stumbled on the answer I was looking for through this video. Thank you. I now know more about my house today than I did yesterday. 😅
So many people have turned ours off without realizing there’s a sensor. Crazy how such a small thing could mess people up.

I have worse problem I know how to use it it just doesn't working now that I replace the battery
My faucet turns on amd off only through sensor amd it’s annoying
How do I fix it
Try leaving the sensor ON, and then manually turn the water OFF and ON.

Mine started getting stuck with hot and cold water. The sensor will work fine like warm, but if it gets too hot the sensor won't close the valve... Anyone else?

The Busy Gardener Thanks, I would but I can’t see/find them, there’s a Grey box but it doesn’t open.The model is 2 years old and discontinued, no longer at Home Depot, I couldn’t find any TH-cam videos with my model, no manual, no model number - so I’m not sure what is what. I’m going to crawl under the sink and try to figure it out 😵 bad timing with the quarantine, I don’t think HD is open. I’ll likely order a new one from Amazon. Thanks for your video though!

Why the fuck would anyone willingly put one of these stupid things in their home? We all have been in public bathrooms where these things don't work. It does not work AT ALL.
