Hey ladies! You inspired me to make chile rellenos a couple weeks ago. I made it twice, the second time came out better. I'm not Mexican, I'm a black girl, west Indian background - so this was new for me. It was pretty good! The cheese was gooey and the chiles was nice and soft with the golden crust. I found the Spanish chile peppers at the ethnic grocery store, luckily! 2 chiles was a bit too much for me to eat, but I still ate it. I'll make it again in the future. Thanks for the ideas! I made birria too, I need real Latino taste buds to critique my broth. Anyway. Thanks! Adios! Byeee

I cannot tell you how excited I am to try these. Yet, today 10/13ish/2021 I saw your Burria (sp) chili rellonos. Sadly, the recipe disappeared. I love y'alls recipes and would love to make amazing true Mexican food. I have 3 boys and we choose a different Hispanic dish per person once a month. The best dish wins. My oldest son Michael (24) is on top of the tournament for his super hot salsa and screaming hot Pico de Gallo. I'm second, but I'm be number 1 if I can make y'alls recipes. Thank you.
