I love watching and listening to Filipino professionals with intellect and very articulate and sensible in tackling topics spontaneously and the random thoughts and opinions are consistent. Highly educated and the intellectually equipped! Slater has similar looks with Atty Vic Rodriguez, soft spoken, guapo and very refined and disente. Oliver and his friends are obviously good-looking bright lawyers. Both also qualify to be celebrities in the entertainment not necessarily be actors but they can handle special celebrity shows and still maintain their professional titles.
Atty. Kirwen is eloquent and has mastery on his craft. He came prepared and ate! It may be expensive to have numerous consultants and professional needed to build a house but in the long run, it will protect you as a home owner.
Atty. Oliver is very spontaneous and brilliant the way he speaks and elucidates on matters he is asked about. Simply shows he is adept regarding his profession and learned as well in various subjects he is into. Versatile and protean.

I admire slater's reaction everytime may natutunan o may bago sa pandinig nya. He is very accepting of things na di pa nya alam. Not someone who acts like he knows everything. And i also want to acknowlege the two attorneys na napaka simplified ng pagpapaliwanag sa mga bagay bagay para makuha agad ng mga tao yung punto. Kudos to this content. Sobrang informative.

🔴What I like with Atty. Oliver's answers everytime Slater will ask his opinion, is that he always starts with "CHECKING FIRST WHAT'S IN THE CONTRACT" for the side of the owner which is yun naman ang tamaa din talaga. Kasi mapapahiya lang si home owner kung diretso lang siyang mag reklamo eh nag agree naman pala siya base sa nakasulat sa kanilang kontrata.
