MXR社とエディ・ヴァン・ヘイレン（以下EVH）のコラボレーション・シリーズは、これまでにフェイザー（EVH90 Phase 90）、フランジャー（EVH117 Flanger）、そしてワウ・ペダル（EVH-95：ブランドはJim Dunlop）の3機種が発表されている。それぞれEVHならではの拘りが盛り込まれており、ファンはもちろん、プロ・アマ問わず愛用者が多いことからも、サウンド・クオリティの高さは実証されている。そんなコラボレーション・シリーズに、ついに真打ちであるオーバードライブ・ペダルが登場した……

初っ端から超良くて驚いた
エディの歪みは本来アンプの音量からEQのツマミを全て10にしてそこからバリアック変圧器で電圧を90vまで落として作ってたしな。
でもそれをこの一台で再現し構築できてるのはとても凄いことだと思う。
ブラウンサウンドが好きな人には是非使ってみてほしい。

たぶんこの動画ではあれやこれやと手を加えてると思う。アンプ側でゲインとトレブルをブーストしたりして。
子牛 フェンダーアンプで鳴らせばこの音も出せますし、他にも様々な音色楽しめますよ！

the pedal itself is really not. Lots of mids and bass actually, I use it as a beefen upper for my distrotion i get from my jcm800. I think the sound has to do with the way it was recorded. The pedal itself sounds very muffled actually, i only use it as a boost.

Everybody in the comments are more interested on the amp model than the pedal itself hahaha. Don't know if I should sell my EH Metal Muff to buy this one instead because of the low and high gain it offers. What do you think?
I have both and they're really different from one another. Ehx has much more gain, you'll need it at times
I also have the Metal Muff it's a great metal and versatile pedal, but I also want this EVH lol
2022 update: I got this EVH pedal in 2017 and sold my EH Metal Muff a little after. It was really good, 1,000,000 better than the Metal Muff, but at the time I started to follow the minimalist philosophy and sold this EVH a year or two later along with my Laney LV200 amp and my other pedals. Instead, I got a Boss Katana Mini amp and a Zoom G1X Four multi effects pedalboard, both for the value of the EVH pedal alone. Best gear move I could've ever done. I recovered a lot of money and ended up downsizing my casual rig into two definitive devices (amp + pedalboard) that both fit perfectly into a backpack and weigh like a pair of shoes. The sound is more than what I was expecting while doing my research back then while trying to find the perfect overdrive pedal. I'm a casual player and don't play with a band anymore, so it's more than enough for me. Current technology is getting optimal with time and I'm so grateful to finally have settled down with this current gear that I plan to keep for a long, long time.
アンプの性能にもよるので、参考になるようでならないと思います。ループにかましてプリをあげとけばそりゃ歪むし。

まぁ相場は大体上のような感じです。
あとはご自身でそれぞれ売ってるところでいいと思うものを購入していただくのが一番かと。
