So how does this all apply outside of a social construct? I have to ask you
if you know what a social construct is? Because everything mentioned in
this video pertains to one. This is just informing us on how to live within a
social construct and how to be divided from everyone else which is what
mental and physical slavery is all about. Isolating one from others makes
them easy prey for a nation of conquers.

To my experience, most people are toxic. It is not on purpose. It is just that they don't recognize it themselves.
I have learned that it is useless to tell them. Everybody needs to discover this for themselves. As I did over the last nine years.
Since then my life has drastically changed. Detatching myself from people and "stuff" has made me a wiser, more balanced person.
Living alone is not always easy but being among toxic people is impossible.
When I watch this video it strikes me how I have discovered myself to live according to Musashi teachings.
My life has become one great experiment. I love it. I am looking forward to what life has in store for me next.

I love being alone. Ive been asked countless times from other people, "why are you so quiet? Why are you shy? Come over and talk to us." I understand why theyre saying that and i dont blame them. But i find a lot more peace, enjoyment and fulfillment in spending time alone, working on my art, while everyone else talks and wastes their breath. Being alone is a blessing. I also think having less / no friends is better. The only friends that matter is family as they are much less likely to ever leave you. Ive lost amazing 12-13 year long friendships and i have never have felt more free in my life. Im not saying to break up with all your friends but instead to only keep the ones that matter. Bad / meaningless friendships steal from your life while good ones add to it.

I never had a problem being alone until I met my husband who was also a loner. Then we found amazing company between the two of us. I shouldn't have gotten so used to it, he was killed in a car crash by a drunk driver who left me badly injured and crippled for months depending on others while also caring for our 3 surviving children under 6. I have been so scared of being alone ever since, I feel so weak and vulnerable. It's terrible what depending on others does to you, it robs you of peace and dignity.

Solitude has taught me so much, and I do get asked alot, why don't you ever feel lonely? But I never have felt that way, it's taught me to master my own emotions and not to think too far ahead and not too far back, it's given me great mental strength, which sadly is how I lost my brother 13 years ago, he had great physical strength but no mental strength, I found a healthy medium, I miss him but haven't grieved like others around me who have completely debilitated there lives, which I feel great empathy for, but he would not like me or others around me that love him to be consumed with soul stopping sadness, for me it would not honour his memory to think that way, but I respect how those around me wish to grieve, the only thing I can put it down to is my mental resolve from solitude, and I know not everyone can do it, thankyou for this video you've made me reflect on my thinking and the thinking of others around me

Someone told me about the book of 5 rings. He gave me the rundown of who he was detailing some of his battles with other warriors. He said he used deception and got in his opponents heads. One story being he showed up late in the afternoon when he had told a challenger to meet him on an island early in the morning causing his opponent to be furious by the time he showed up hours later. As the opponent approached him angrily as he was docking his boat he turned around and beat him to death with an oar. That's pretty brutal. Is that accurate? Loneliness itself is like pain, a signal of something within that needs to be healed.
Aloneness is required to align, integrate and reflect universal foundations without being sidelined by disruption. The presence of distraction itself is a signal mechanism, like pain, indicating there exists opportunity to mature.
Aloneness is a fundamental art form that must be mastered within before it can produce its fruit in the world.
Aloneness requires the sacrifice of everything, yet when all else is as nothing, there comes the paradoxical revelation that nothing can be lost in the experience of presence alone.

Real shit. Studied it in and off my whole life. Thats about 35 years. As i began at age of 6 or so. Detaching from mother and father, developing my own mind. My mother helped with this. It started with a love of ninjas at young age. Moved on from there. I still use all these teachings and more today. I tried living with people. They almost always let me down. Only maybe 3 really stuck with me. But killing ego, i learned from every person i came across regardless of color, religion, or any other meaningless construct. Past few years got back into it heavy. Really got to know myself and where ive been and what ive done. I do have a compassion for mankind. But i study them from a distance. Help them along from a distance. If they want to be helped.
