Great recommendation. I just checked Dragon out too, quality stuff. CDPR seems to have abandoned the whole RPG aspect. Most of the mechanics are behind the scenes now.
@@garxgar u must mean they leaned into RPG even more, cuz if they cared more about the game part they would have more detailed tooltips and very hard wouldnt be this easy
Huh, I was testing to see if the tetratronic rippler bonus was actually working properly and kept getting larger numbers when I placed all quickhacks before the combat one. This would clearly explain why. This game has so many variables going on it doesnt actually tell you about, testing is a goddamm headache lol
Thanks for picking up this feature and doing the research here! Here is my suggestion for a damage chain that will get the best bonuses(Particularly with the Tetratronick Rippler): 1) Ping(Covert; 12 sec) -> 2) Sonic Shock(Covert/Control; 2 sec) or Cyberware Malfunction(Control; 10 sec; for solo targets) -> 3) Short Circuit(Combat; instant; Ebedded Exploit x2.56 damage) -> 4) Cyberware Malfunction(Control; 10 sec; 2 stacks; Rippler +40% damage); follow this up with Overheat(Combat; 2 sec). NOTE: This will usually 1-hit anything, but it does require Overheat to do this.
Yeah. This is the most complicated tree so far. Might be out later this week hopefully. These take so damn long i havent even gotten around to play through the different endings 😂
Hey so I reach an "issue" finding what is the best quickhack Combo for (in my case) destroy MaxTac and Adam Smasher the fastest way ? I m already maxed out, having what I imagine is a good build (taking best of best builds online) but the maximum damage I can put on a head with full queue is 6k to 11k. And I don't get why I just get those damage as I followed for example the build of T7 PDM and with the same combo I don't get those 30k damages ;-; Do you have advice or something that we could improve in the combo list ?
what would be the best weapon for hackatomy ? i was thinking smart shotgun or fast fire smg but idk about iconics with slots (if there are any) or some specific wapon you would recommend ?
This would be awesome if it wasn't for the fact that I'm already oneshotting every enemy in the game with synapse burnout, the damage is so absurd lmao
@@zKarma by quickhack damage, does it mean damage from combat quickhacks only? I wonder how this interacts with the dot from cyberware malfunction or the explode granade.
Can you check if the "deep breath" perk from cool tree is working or not? cause I'm pretty sure it is not, or maybe 25% slow down time is not that noticeable?
This is probably partially responsible for all the confusion over netrunner damage. The visual glitch for the Cox.2 saying we're getting 1000% quickhack damage is what people are pointing at... but from my testing and a few others confirmation, it's just visual bug.
It's definitely bugged. Make sure you're testing with Synapse Burnout, it doesn't affect Short Circuit, etc. Testing on the guard that sits outside the Pacifica Ripperdoc, a Synapse Burnout crit w/ Bioconductor only hits for ~700 damage, while an Synapse Burnout crit w/ COX-2 hits for ~7000. This is damage w/o buffs from Embedded Exploit, Rippler, Queue Mastery, Overclock, etc and starting the hack w/ max RAM.
honestly it's a shit perk don't know why is still have the plague perk icon but removing that perk was stupid move really now being a netrunner is just come down to who can give u a static shock and honestly im still trying to understand the reasoning behind on why remove that perk (plague)
You're looking at it wrong. I only put the one because for a 60% increase you need to first provide the 100%, otherwise you end up with less damage. "300 x 1.6" is like saying 300 + (300 x .6). So instead of doing 1.6 x 2. Its 1 + .6 + .6. Which is 2.2
Just max netrunner skill tree, use tetratronic mk5 then do combo queue: sonic shock, short circuit, reboot optics lvl2 (low ram cost), synapse burnout. This combo kills even elites with one combo on very hard and returns 80% ram use. Also it doesn’t trigger trace.
The net runner mod is trash even against boss since there is no enemy tanky enough and other mods are a lot better. Not to mention gris gris iconic pistol.
You and One Dragon are godsent angels. So few people actually go in-depth on this game's mechanics.

You do great job exploring in-game mechanics!

I would never know about the buff could stack. I need to change combo now :) bless you good man
Great video mate
That’s awesome thanks for making a video about this
Guess your Intelligence tree breakdown is coming soon, I’m looking forward to seeing it
Yeah. This is the most complicated tree so far. Might be out later this week hopefully. These take so damn long i havent even gotten around to play through the different endings 😂
The stacking is either a glitch or these perks are badly worded.

Cool stuff. Pity that I completed 1.0 as a net runner.
i have been looking for info on weapon handling stat after 2.0, i cant find any reliable sources, maybe you can test them out?

I think its to early to make any assumptions about 2.0 perks, cuz they are mostly bugged asf

Yeah i feel that. Interactions like this only matter for min/max or for new playthroughs tbh. This game needs a NG+ mode.
@@zKarma couldn't agree more!
Preem! Just in time for my covert/control only hacks for a Bladerunner V.
Keep in mind this only increases quickhack damage. So you need to run at least one combat quickhack

Isn't x2 1.6. 3.2? To get 2.2 you need 1.1
