Fun fact about the three-wheeled cars. There was actually a three-wheeled car company that came out in the70's or '80s That totally lied about their specs saying that their car was extremely safe & in all actuality a lot of the inside of the frame was made out of 2x4s

The silver 3 wheel is a Messerschmitt. It was a German design based on the cockpit of a fighter plane. Messerschmitt was a designer of war planes for the Germans during WWII. Most likely, though it appears to be a 3 wheeler, it actually has 4. The back 2 are really close together.

The Pike cars were design exercises out of the Pike factory. They made the Be-1 for 1 year, the Pao, then the Figaro, then the S-Cargo. One car at a time. The Be-1 was done as a design study in 1985 and was so popular they decided to make it, demand was so high (and they were only going to build 10k) that they had a lottery of prospective buyers to determine who was going to be allowed to buy one. The Be-1 was the car that started the retro design trend in the worldwide auto market ... the return of the old designs modernized in the Beetle, Thunderbird, Mini, GT40, Mustang, Challenger/Charger, Fiat 500, Camaro, Chevy HHR and Prowler, Fiat 124, Alpine A110, Jaguar F-type, and even the Bronco ... that trend started with the little Be-1.
There are a few shops that specialize in these cars, but they are all based on the Nissan Micra (March) K10 so there are a TON of parts out there for them.
All that said, they drive like Kei cars. Slow. :)

Those Nissans are the "I don't want to sell it price." In a lot of states, those new Kei trucks can be registered as a UTV and driven on the street. Granted, you can't take them on a freeway, but who in their right mind would want to.
The Honda's with the big black rubber thing on the back window were actually sold in the US.
This building housed "New Energy Waterbeds" over 20 years ago... I was a furniture dealer and made many trips there. The warehouse man at The time was Jerry. Ironically he's now the GM at Duncan's!

I'm curious, on the Escargot's, does both the quater window and full window roll down? I know that the rain guard on the quarter window would prohibit the main window from rolling down completely if it rolls down at all.

The little silver one is a Messerschmidt. The blue BMW Isetta the door is the whole front of the car.

The Vivio bistro is a cool looking car. Sadly they only came in CVT automatic. I have heard that they suffer from frame flexing if the top is removed.

The back on the Vizio bistro sport should roll down with a direct switch that goes at any speed. I just bought the 1993 t top and the back looks almost exactly the same

No.. They are kinda trippy ..By looking at them you would think they are restrictive. But they aren't.. They are kinda like the Beat it get's louder as you come up in the RPMs.. and they are fully adjustable by adding or reducing the amount of disc.@@Waybeforethefame

Messerschmitt for me every day of the week. They used to race those things for a bit back in the day, can you imagine 10-20 of those little 3 wheeled suckers blasting round a track?
Oh boy. Yeah, that Minica at the end looks like it could be a great time. We’d need a better look, but I think the front is ok. It’s just that tight with the turbo in there
