      Smart work is a multiplier.
      Hard work is additive.
      So 5 hours of work is worth 5 hours.
      5 hours of work done smarter can be 7 hours, or 25 hours.

    “Hustling and struggling” ain’t that the truth, but if you keep hustling you’ll get the snowball effect >>>> make big, smart bets, his talk about interest rates is verbatim what I was telling my dad... “even if prices are flat, it cash flows well because of the low interest rates and low taxes it’s a good value buy.” I’m going to every open house possible for the next month, going to meet every agent possible, I want to learn under a top producer. I’ll also reach out and ask for informational interviews with all top agents in my area. I’m going to make sure I’m strategically creating value for people and helping. It’s not about making $, it’s about giving value and helping people find homes.

    Hello Graham
    I have watched a lot of people threw my life, as a professional derivatives trader for the past 15 years, I also like to teach finance to my kids, their friends, etc.
    I heard you did not go to college. Let me tell you something, you have "gift" of communication, the way you transmit your information and the time required to prepare each video and information is amazing,,, Congratulations, you deserve all the success that you have and that you will continue to enjoy in the future. BRAVO !.... Sincerely

    Spotted on Jason's wrist: Rolex Yacht-Master II TT (Oystersteel and Everose gold two-tone) reference 116681, retailing $25,350 USD. This watch fits perfectly with Jason's style - simple and clean, yet intentional and complicated. This model is underrated (and under-appreciated mechanically) by passengers on the Rolex hype train. While everyone is chasing the Subs and GMTs, Jason's YMII is a next-level sport piece, with way more than meets the eye... just like everything we saw in the house tour. We made a video demonstrating how it works: th-cam.com/video/AUKnGwM8wkU/w-d-xo.html (Graham, feel free to delete this comment if you aren't cool with the link being shared).

      What do you think about the 200$ fake Hublot watch Jason mentioned?

    • @KeepTheTime
      @KeepTheTime 4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @@blijbunny It was unnecessary tbh. Hardcore watch collectors are into all price ranges of timepieces. An enthusiast with a TT YMII like Jason's could get just as excited over a vintage Seiko diver. The folks who saw his Hublot probably didn't even know what it was (therefore not impressed either way) and the watch fans who saw it would have cringed, and potentially not want to do business with someone wearing a fake. It's important to play the part and sometimes that entails faking it till you make it... just don't fake the watch. It's completely unnecessary. There are a lot of great watches in the same $200 price range that can give you more enjoyment and value, as well as less stress about being called out lol.

    • @blijbunny
      @blijbunny 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@KeepTheTime True that, personally I would rather be called out for spending 200$ on a fake Hublot than spending 10k$ on an actual Hublot. That is 10 grand you won't ever get back.

    • @KokoDionis
      @KokoDionis 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@KeepTheTime He could have gotten a real hublot for 200$ 😂🤣🤣
