Roman_Valdax he has a bunch of art and vintage collectibles which hold their value well especially that Picasso, but stuff like the tv and fireplace inside the pool is just rich people having fun which I think is respectable since he’s earned it. If I had that much money then I’ll spend all the time and money building my perfect house

3 things that make a great home:
    1. Fireplace
    2. Beautiful view
    3. Lots of open spaces
One tip for all folks looking to buy real estate:
    "Don't overthink"
But do your research, and buy a place that you can actually afford, get your credit evaluated and see what terms you're eligible for.
A good home can hold value long term 😎

Now that I see Graham's boss spent $10,000 on each of his dining chairs, I understand why Graham is so afraid of lifestyle inflation. It is scary to think you'd be comfortable dropping six figures on really tiny things or pieces of furniture.
All that said, congrats to Jason. It's insane how he managed to accumulate so much wealth and I'm sure this video will only help him get more.

13:41 - He says "why", not "how"... this seems to be a minor distinction, but it is anything but. Great video, interview. Nice to see someone who understand the value of hard work, has worked very hard to get where he is, and is enjoying all of it, guilt free. God Bless America!

Watching him made me fear that I will become like him in 10 years when I have a lot of money. I would hate to be where he is though. It sounds like he has negative equity on two other properties and probably doesn't own a big percentage of this property. It sounds to me like he has inflated his lifestyle so much that he will forever have to work his rear off to keep this lifestyle.
