    Interesting Fact: Robert Forster passed away near the movie's release, but Aaron Paul said that a few hours before Robert's passing, he called Aaron to tell him that he watched El Camino. Vince Gilligan always thought that Robert never got to see the movie, until Aaron shared with him that story.

    the money Skinny and Badger gave Jesse had to have come from the money Walt gave "the two best hitmen west of the Mississippi"

    The way Breaking Bad ended with Jesse driving off was satisfying. But not as satisfying as how this ended. He needed that closure and the promise of peace.

    Yes! I’m so glad you watched this Jade. The Jesse Pinkman character deserved this movie. The scenes of him and Mike talking and when he talked to his parents on the phone are my favorite scenes. I love this movie

    Albuquerque, New Mexico to Haines, Alaska (he mentioned it's 40 miles up the road) is 3000 miles (4800 km) and takes 48 hours to drive. Would be similar to driving from Brisbane to Sydney and then to Perth.

      He meant it’s 40 miles from where he dropped him off I presume

    You're quite fortunate that you didn't have to wait almost a decade to get closure from "Breaking Bad"! 😂
    "Better Call Saul" is very much worth its own journey.

    The location of the cleaning lady's final resting place in northwest New Mexico, is about two-and-a-half-hour drive from Todd's apartment. Jessie had to ride the whole way with the body. The area is absolutely desolate. There is almost no wildlife or vegetation. It always reminded me of what the terrain on Mars must be like. I have traveled that road countless times and it is awe striking. There is no cell service in that area and not super far from natural uranium deposits.

    On a sidenote.
    I know you like westerns, and I'm sure someone's already recommended "Quigley down under" to you? If not, you should check it out.
    I think an Australian western would be right up your alley!

    Tbh, imho El Camino is the weakest from the "trilogy"
    Personally for me it's
    1) Breaking Bad
    2) Better call Saul (even tho it's great, it's not as great imho. But there are some fanboys who would die for BCS and they would defend it till death 😉). But it's a great show with a lot of qualities to it.
    3) El Camino

    • @na-vn5qy
      @na-vn5qy หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      i mean, el camino is also like an hour and a half film as opposed to several-seasoned series', so it's not really comparable at all.

    • @Suranda68
      @Suranda68 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      @@dariusz_darson_8968 You''re almost right but BCS is the better show. That's just my opinion and I would *not* die for it 🙂

    • @mrtveye6682
      @mrtveye6682 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@Suranda68 I'm in the "BB is just a little tad better" camp, but than again, both shows are amongst the best in TV history, and the later wouldn't exist without the former, both are in the same universe, both done by the same creators. So IMO there really is no need for "camps" at all. Some like BB a little more, some like BCS a little more, all a matter of taste.
