Yo Big D! Using your link,I bought the 500.1d to put in my wife’s Denali. It’s hooked to a cheap Sony 12” in a custom box. It bumps way better than it should. The only issue I have found that I dislike is the “Phone cord” that plugs into the bass knob can wiggle around just enough that every once in awhile it looses connection. When that happens, it shuts the Amp off. I can live with that. Wife is Happy!

Hey Big D, I have a couple of Infinity reference amps that are brand new in the box that I would love to see get Dyno’d. One is the infinity reference 7520a, and the other one is the 7541a. Both are BNIB.
163 watts RMS at a cost of $60 gives you 2.71 watts for every dollar spent. Another cheap amp that cost more per watt than almost all of the major name brands. This is why I tell guys save your money buying a cheap amp is like buying cheap game unit rather than buying an Xbox one X or a PS 5.
If you want to skip protection and fry an amp, the easiest way to do that is run it with NO LOAD on outputs up to voltage clipping and then suddenly short the output. Protection isn't fast enough to prevent output transistor from going critical. ;-) And yes, obviously used as you can see the potentiometer adjustments have obvious screwdriver rash!
Ever since I bought a dual class d amp (to try out because it was so cheap) and my fm reception was terrible, i avoid cheap class d amps. Their terrible shielding which interferes with fm reception. Another solution is to mount the amp away from the antenna, but that's not always practical. For this reason I wouldn't get that TG-500.1D unit.
Hey I always thought the legion audio amps were good for budget entry level amps but I think recoil audio has more bang for the buck they just came out with the d1.600 which is 2 ohm stable for 76 bucks great deal imo!
When you test amps. How does the gain setting you have the amp on play a role in the results? It would seem having the gain higher, that you D'amore dyno would show numbers that are higher.... or lower depending on where you had the gain during the dyno.
I’ll make a video about this in the future. Gain overlap is set using DD-1+ on the Dyno. If it’s set too low, the amp will not reach its maximum RMS potential before the test completes. If set too high, the amp will reach MAX RMS very quickly. It won’t produce “more” power, but the same power, faster.

As soon as I saw that class AB on the amp label I knew this amp was going to do 💩 for power. I haven't even gotten to the dyno yet and I already think this is a 150 watt amp at best just by looking at it.

Horrible! At least it did 1ohm though, should run subs comfortably? I'd rather pick up a cheap used Rockford amp or something... I remember a friend giving me a small Rockford 225 or 250w amp and it was more powerful than my cheap "1200w max" amp by far! I could actually make my subs smell hot. These cheapie amps almost always cost more per watt then most of the brand name amps. Best bang for your buck is Taramps HD3k or MD3k. You can find them for $160-$200. They are 3k RMS amps rated at 12.6 volts. When you figure how many watts per dollar they cost its usually 15 to 19 watts per dollar. This Leige audio amp is 163 watts RMS and $60 bucks that 2.71 watts per dollar.
I see that but if you zoom in on the Amazon picture the fuse is only 25amp Wich is a red flag for me and at the price with that small fuse it was a pass my be in the 80s I would of pulled the trigger for the price.👍👌✌️🎵🎶💯

I replaced the cord that came with the amp. The original would not lock in place. Haven’t had any issues since then.
