Don't use gloss paint on the plastics, It looks cheap, especially after a great rebuild. Try a heat gun or something. Or just clean them up and leave them original. Will look better. Just my thoughts. Constructive criticism 👌
@@asadtalib1531 it can be done, just a lot of patience. More so on thicker plastics, but even on thinner. But if someone hasn't done it before then it can warp/ melt pretty quick lol.
Ez szimpatikus fiatalember nagyon ügyes.Minden roncsból, agyon rozsdásodott eszközből szinte újat varázsol.Magabiztos kézzel bontja a szerszámokat, körültekintően szelektálja, tisztítja, rendszerezi.Különösen szimpatikus az összeszerelés: mindennek megtalálja a pontos helyét és határozottan építi a szerszámot.Mellesleg mindig tiszta és rendet tart a szerelő asztalon.Gratulálok!
Great rebuild of a fine piece of equipment! Man that is one complicated little machine... great job getting in apart and back together again! And I agree you don't need to worry too much about paint with something like that - just the original plastic is fine and legit :)
The black parts must be painted with matte black, the red must be painted with a clear to leave it with the original color and the original hilti brand, with that red paint it looks like a cheap Chinese drill, but apart from that good restoration.
This tool still has a lot of life in it thats because its is a high end tool.In the States this tool is usually only repaired by techs and the support for a DIYer is not there, plus the parts are very expensive but you did a very good job you have tech savvy.
Why do they paint their stuff with mud, a quick tip mate, painting it with mud will not make it run better, it will not cool it faster, and if you do need to repair it, you will not need to remove the mud first. Just trying to help you in future.
Dear friend. I can advise you how to restore the plastic instument to factory quality. 1. Sandblasting plastic parts. 2. Spray with acetone.Acetone will fuse microscopic cavities and evaporate. The surface will be as from the factory-shagreen.
for sale and value it is better to let the Finish scratchy and original. the Job you did is also very good. :-) and the machine new is not about 5k... it is about 500 bugs
Good Morning Master, can you help me about of product what you use in the process of pickling of fastener? What type of product is and you can gift me the name of family chemical is? Thank you very much for you help and so much congratulations for excelence labor and channel
I have a TE25, aTE17 and another I don't know what model it is. They are my dads and are no longer working so I'm going to restore them some day. HILTI drills are very good.
I look your video, this machine dont will, run well, because in the gear hause hilti dont use grease, 35ml hilti oil only use because the flying piston run well for this oil.
congratulations you managed to make a $1000.00 hilti drill look like a $20.00 Chinese knockoff. it would have been better if you sanded the dyed plastic smooth and left it without the cheep stickers
Good job and repair, but why do you paint plastic parts? Now it looks like cheap copy of Hilti tool. I think you need to leave plastic peaces as it is to leave genuine Hilti look...

Heat gun is not a great idea..used once..deformes the part

Nie wydaje Ci sie że do tego młotka leje się olej ? a nie smar?
Olej a nie smar
Scary horn at 1:33 😂, videos are better with natural sounds, I hope you keep them 👍
Let's go again cool...I like the red colour...good job cool
Probably one of your most intricate jobs . Know wonder those Hilti's are damn expensive to buy. Way too many parts. Great job on the reassembly.
Quality is good for the worf

Never paint a Hilti regardless of how bad the body looks, other than that what an excellent job!

My thoughts excactly. All that shiny paint makes it look like a cheap copy.
And Hilti machines definitely aren't cheap...
perfect job, but i donot painting only clear the plastic

Sehr talentiert. Respekt 👍
My Dad still has his Hilti TE72 from 1980.

The price (brand new, included taxes) is 750 US dollars in Peru. Thanks for "the show".

In time the grease will destroy the gearbox and hammer action, rince it out and refill with the correct grade oil...

I think too.
Music sound like the tune from Kickboxer
what do you clean oily parts
Esa pintura quedo muy chapucera ,ahora parece una imitación de la original hilti
Ahora parece un "Jilti" 😂, pero el chaval ha hecho un gran trabajo.
There schould be an oil inside, not grease.
