What if the check that you have is over the maximum amount? Can you deposit half first and then do the other half?

Hey Antania! Unfortunately, the full check amount has to be deposited at the same time with mobile deposit. The first $500 is instantly released and the remainder is usually released 1-2 business days following.
You could do a partial deposit at a branch and ask for some of it to be deposited and the rest in cash, money order, etc. with the teller.
