The 1500 sq ft is no more than $230,000 no updates if they ask for more than that they are charging you for the location is a cheap construction I am scared to get home from KB Homes in the ranking 2024 of the top 20 builders, KB is in the place 20th, I am looking for a new home near Orlando and I am ready but many problems with the builders really I scared to move on

What’s CDD?
@@LilahCheng A CDD refers to a community that assesses fees to pay for infrastructure and amenities within the community. CDD fees are different from HOA fees in that they are incorporated into your annual property tax bill. Some communities here have them and some don’t. Some of the ones that do will also include high speed internet into that fee to helps offset the cost of the CDD. Feel free to always reach out to me directly as well for any other questions!
