What a lovely collection of Hoya. I believe my publicayx may have had an issue with flat mites during the winter. Placed outside during this spring and summer. Finally started behaving again🤞🏾
I got struck with those darn flat mites too. (As well as most of my friend's that are Hoya Collector's).. I only have 30 Hoya's...(I can't even imagine someone who has 100's to have to deal with them 😬😬😬). I ordered a wireless electronic microscope (was only $30) and looked at all of them and sure enough those tiny red mites were showing up on most of them.... I did a Sulphur treatment for 6 weeks (sprayed them with the Sulphur once a week) and it was a pain in the butt but totally worth it 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻...but now majority of my Hoya's all have new growth 😍😍😍
Hoya are my faves. I recently propagated my variegated compacta in spaghnum moss in a sealed plastic bag. Within a few weeks there were lots of roots. I was amazed. You have a great collection. Thanks for the video!
Oh Nicole, you have a wonderful Hoya collection, and the Polyneura is on my wish list and I am hoping to find one soon and order it. I also really love a Hoya that has those cool looking leaves, and variegation is also so fun. I haven't tried Lecca yet and might do that soon. I really loved seeing all of your Hoya and love how beautiful they are, I have several and just love them all. Thanks so much for a fun video to watch, I am wishing you a blessed and beautiful weekend, sending love and hugs, bye! 😉🤗👏🙌💜💜💜
What about tsp alcohol tsp dawn dishwashing soap in a quart bottle water. Spraying the leaves. It kills spider mites an mealy. Of course you may have to spray it a few times. Safe for the environment. Can also drench the soil. But don't know about the medium you use.
Your first Hoya pubicalyx is a Pubicalyx royal Hawaiian purple which is why it's new leaves are so dark, wish I had one 😂
I’ve had the best luck propagating Hoya Compacta directly into soil. Try that! It may work better for you!!~ Love your collection 💓
Thank you!!!

Have you tried this on flat mites because I think someone already tried and it didn’t work. :/
I’m not 100% sure tho
@@MyCleanLeaves no l haven't but lve only dealt with spider mites dawn dish soap kills alot of bugs .
Nicole, do you scrub just the leaves with the toothbrush? Or everywhere on the Hoya? 😊
I do the stems too, just be careful with any runners not to brush too hard
What percent of them are in soil, pon, and leca?
I’d say 90% in Leca. A couple in soil. I don’t have any Hoya in pon… yet… that I recall. Lol
Just counted and I have 43. Half of them are still so small 😅
Hhhoooooyyyyaaaaa!!!😂
هويا جميلة جدا شكرا ❤
💚💚💚
I'm going to need you to refer back to one of Adam's videos for the hoya names lol
😂😂😂😂

Girl I'm sorry but you got the one named wrong. It's not hoya meledithii, it's hoya MEREDITHII. LOL
Hahahahahahah well, it wouldn’t be one of my houseplant tours if I didn’t get a least a couple IDs wrong!
@@MyCleanLeaves too cute!
Your polyneura looks like a broget… maybe it is one?
It wasn’t labeled as one, but maybe!
