Nice and encouraging video. I believe God created all these plants for us to enjoy mentally and physically. Praise God for His creation. Thanks for an encouraging word!😁
OMGosh, I thought I was the only one attached to my garden!! I started tomato plants from seed hoping for 2 or 3... Well I have 11. My husband suggested selling some of them, which is a good idea but the more I thought of it, it felt like selling a child 😅😅😅. Love, love, love this video and I agree with everything you've said! Happy gardening!! 🌱🌄 God bless you and your family!
I know right 😄 and it’s a beautiful attachment, one that comes with beautiful benefits. And come to think of it , they really are our babies, ones that we nurture from tender age just that we don’t enjoy letting them go even if they turn 18 or become independent 😅. Thank you so much for the compliment and I hope to bring you more interesting and relatable content 😊🙏🏽
@@DR-rw7es whenever I get excessive tomatoes I can them ,check it out its a very good way of preserving or you can freeze them ,so that for those days when they are out of season you will have abundance. I used to think I had a lot until I started canning then I realized I haven't started growing
❤ May your husband rest in peace. Also, he may be watching and listening to you while you're in your garden. We all know that the garden is a peaceful place for us mourners. ❤😊
I just subscribed I grow a variety of vegetables suited to the UK climate but I also grow some not so suited like sweet potatoes, hot peppers etc. learning about your climate helps and investing in natural organic plant fertiliser sources like comfrey, nettles etc is essential for a healthy garden.
This is very true , climate is something one has to consider when choosing what to plant and organic plant foods are everything. I’m definitely going to check out the brands you mentioned. Thanks a lot for the information and for subscribing to the channel, I really appreciate 😊🙏🏽
Getting closer to nature also brings us closer to God in His abundance, just as it was in the beginning. I believe that's why it is so healing to garden.
Gardening can be very relaxing. But it can also be very stressful. If you are always behind on the work. My garden is a bit of both for me 🙄😅 If you are not economically depending on the output, I would say make it small. With time to just relax there.
@@mikkeljylland9153 You can say that again ! 😄 Gardening can be a lot of work . It’s the harvest that makes you forget the work you had to put in 😂 For us, we try to get help whenever it’s just too much for us especially when it comes to weeds . And you are absolutely right, small is manageable and it sometimes even gives the most yield 😊
Thanks for growing your Backyard Garden... I started w just Tomatoes in 2020 next year I added Hot Peppers and did Tomatoes again and Now WOW - it's very rewarding!
That is beautiful, baby steps is really good. That way you get yo know each plant at a time, what they need and how to handle them. Gardening is indeed rewarding, it teaches you so much about life and it's nice to be part of this community 😊
Thank you so much for the compliments about the garden 😊 Our main challenge has been worms and stink bugs and what has been working for us is garlic and pepper blended together then we dilute with water and spray using a spray bottle or a watering can . We do this every 3 or 4 days. Neem oil mixed with dish washing soap and water is another good way to mange them. If you don’t have neem oil , boil some fresh neem leaves , let the water cool and use that to spray the plants 😊
Hello 😊 so for general house flies in the garden , I put few drops of lavender oil or peppermint oil at random points in the garden . If you don’t have these , you can try planting more peppermints in you garden. The scent of these natural oils or plants will repel them . Also, lemongrass essential oil is also good for repelling flies. When it comes to white flies , I haven’t encountered them but I did read somewhere that a gallon water of water mixed with 2 tablespoons baking soda, 2 tablespoons dish soap, 2 tablespoons white or distilled vinegar sprayed on the plants help repel whiteflies. I hope this helps , and do let me know how it goes 😊
You have captured my thoughts of the benefits of gardening exactly!! Patience, Mental therapy and excercise outdoors. Thanks
I'm so glad the video resonates with you and thank you for making the time to watch 😊

The more I grow food, the more I see why God created every plant. They really are all we need
Did you know that the frequency of the bird's songs makes you plants grow?? The synergy of God's creation. Love it.
Really!! I had no idea , thanks a lot for sharing that information . I need more birds in my garden then 😄
Love that the garden teaches and helps us grow.
It really does teach us a lot and its so beautiful watching those plants bloom every single day 🤗
