Accra is really expensive, especially if you earn in cedis. Worldwide though the average cost of everything has increasd so much and our salaries have not kept pace.
@@amma20231 you can say that again!! Wages are not matching up with the way prices have gone up .
The chicken wings made me laugh so much😂
@@amma20231 my dear! 80gh oooo Eei 😂 you can’t even chop your mouth small in Accra anymore
This is all aroind the world everthing is expensive
@charlieboy501 that's true and that's why relocating to a different country doesn't even seem like a good idea anymore
😂😂😂😂
@@winnienyaaba7559 😂
Accra is insanely expensive for nothing. People just wake up and price anyhow and blame it on dollar. How do you price something 40cedis more when the dollar only increased by a cedis? We need price control in Ghana, especially in Accra .
@@Ghanadiaries it’s just crazy how prices are skyrocketing. To be honest, Accra is over priced ! Its no place for people who are just starting out life
Coming for my share ooo
Hpw much water did you use to dilute the mixture?
Gardening is very hard work - it's my sleeping pill. SO many rewards knowing how our food is grown, exercise and Vit D while working in the garden, the thrill of eating what YOU grew (it just tastes better knowing you grew it). I could go on and on but you know....lol. Beautiful!
@@ajohnson6890 I know right! Gardening is everything 😄 You will sweat and smile , sometimes it feels like you are going on an adventure not knowing what to expect. And it really feels different when you eat food from garden , it’s an indescribable feeling 😄

This is a very informative video. It is good to see people from other parts of the world doing and being passionate about organic farming and techniques. Chemicals are very dangerous for our health and should not be used in our foods. They really cause problems not only to humans but also to the soil structure and destroy the soil microorganisms and food chain. I use a very similar method in my garden with a combination of bokashi composting. My plants are healthy and I have a bountiful harvest. We need to spread this knowledge in a big way to educate people about the importance of organic farming and fertilizers.
Very well said 😊 If our food supplies system could adopt some of these faring methods, I believe our food will be less toxic and clean for human consumption. It may seem far fetched but it's doable , baby steps a d we can get there .
Gardening can be very relaxing. But it can also be very stressful. If you are always behind on the work. My garden is a bit of both for me 🙄😅 If you are not economically depending on the output, I would say make it small. With time to just relax there.
@@mikkeljylland9153 You can say that again ! 😄 Gardening can be a lot of work . It’s the harvest that makes you forget the work you had to put in 😂 For us, we try to get help whenever it’s just too much for us especially when it comes to weeds . And you are absolutely right, small is manageable and it sometimes even gives the most yield 😊
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
♥️ Beautiful Blessings
I am leaving AmeriKKKa ON 10/25 moving to VOLTA REGION for a slower life. I absolutely love this channel. I also appreciate that you make different meals outside of okra soup and also eat with utensils no disrespect intended I don't know if it's a regional thing but it's refreshing to see a different perspective of life in rural Ghana.
@@miztri you sound so excited about your relocation 😊 so happy for you . Volta region is a lovely place so I’m sure you will enjoy it there . And thank you for the compliments , I will do my best to keep making more refreshing and realistic content for you all 😊🙏🏽
This video gave me goose bumps. He is doing exactly what I am practicing in Texas, USA. I have been using Bokashi, Biochar and Neem cake as my fertilizer for years in my garden. I have a sunken area in my yard that I was thinking of bringing in a truck load of soil to fill but I decided to use some of the decomposed leaves and logs around my property and make a small raised area. I added my BBN recipe to this and planted okra, long beans and small melons in it. I can say that I only watered that area maybe once every two weeks and it did wonderfully. By the way, all of the volunteered watermelons in my older raised beds did better than the watermelons I planted from seeds this year. The expression on his face when speaking of the EM1 type inoculant is my exact reaction when trying to convince others that this method is Mother Nature at its best. I'm retired now and will research making my own inoculant because purchasing the Bokashi bran and buckets is expensive. A video of him digging, filling and finishing the pit would be an awesome video in my opinion. Thanks to both of you!!
