Hey! Skip to 23:30 because when you edit the Text Body you should see the button inside that editor. We didn't do anything to add this button and it should appear by default.
Hi, thank you for showing so easy how this works! awesome video. I got it working and I am building the first email. I am looking into the docs if there is a way to add custom own components (apart of the 5 standard). I want to add a custom editable component so can be added/removed. Do you know if this is possible ? Thanks

I agree, nightmare when this happens. I had no control over the webinar tool I'm afraid so can only apologise on Salesforce's behalf.
There's no out of the box option to add a "sync from html" button that I can find. Did you guys add that yourselves?
