    It's extremely impressive to gain a lot of that Mass and definition with no weights..... My dad wasn't a liar when he said "all u need is calisthenics for the most part". Thanx for this. Very beneficial!

    Imma tell ya, these bodyweight workouts Shredda be doing have me waaay sorer than when I'm lifting weights. Even when I'm lifting heavy! Bodyweight is a different kind of strength. A better strength! Makes you functional for the real world !! 💪🏾

    Video sum up.
    Push-up variation:
    1. Hand direction (inward, regular, outward)
    2. Hand position (near the stomach, medium (regular), further to the head)
    3. Knuckle push up (knuckle position: vertically or horizontally)
    4. Play-with-time push up (holding pushup)
    push up 5 times, hold at 5s at the top and the bottom.
    5. push up and moving (crawling)
    push up 2 times while moving forward for 20 reps.
    6. push up transition
    from diamond to regular to wide in 1 set.
    7. push up on bar (for beginners)
    8. decline push up
    9. three level pushup: push up half bottom, push up half top, push up regular.

    note you can combine all of them depends on you.

    A very informative video💪🏾👍🏾. He’s right about isometric contractions - you can generate approximately 20% greater muscular strength in an isometric contraction than you can in a concentric contraction. Eccentric (muscle-lengthening) contractions are known for facilitating the concentric (muscle-shortening) contractions. Send more videos of this brother’s workout videos. Thank you.

    Nice Work, I prefer body resistance, and most of the workouts I and my Boxers do is Body resistance and lots of reps, It creates more strength as well. It is amazing how just changing your hand positioning changes the way muscle dynamic is applied. Lookin pretty jacked as well Brother!

    I essentially do eccentric isometric push ups daily combined with intermitent fasting..I fast from 12a.m to 8pm..eat from 8pm to 12a.m.. I drink water during fast period .I have never be so pumped and happy about life ..I don't eat out at all..No soda,burgers only eat at home everything I can during that 4hour period so far lost ten pounds since last thanksgiving.

    I just do push ups looking at u I do em with the diamond shape in my hand like u say cause pressure makes diamond's I can feel this in my shoulders and my bi and tri ceps thanks boss
