This is freaking spectacular! Henrik Ostergaard and dirty looks were total underground legends! You knew, immediately who it was when dirty looks came on the radio, Henrik voice was so unique!
God when I used to see the original Dirty Looks back in the 80's they ALWAYS peeled the paint off the wall they were so loud.......thanks for the ringing in my ears at my old age guys...it was worth it
He said Cool was his fave D.L. song as he follows a lyric sheet. Still A+ perfectly performance. No band can touch this stuff! Maybe Kix. Dirty Looks still kicks it to the 🌙 and back.
I met Henrik in NYC at the bar at the Cat Club on a Wed night around '91 I think. He wasn't performing but hanging out and was smashed. We had a blast talking about all kinds of stuff. Laughing our asses of. Great night. He was such a cool dude. RIP.
@@bobgomez9481 Jason McMaster is a legend and had a special connection to this band. He deserves to sing them. As a long time fan who has seen this lineup already I concluded they were top notch musicians. Legendary is Jason. A monumental staple in the late 80"s rock era. Dangerous Toys and Dirty Looks were kinda 1 in the same. Sounds like you need to brush up on your homework of hard rock. Paul is here also. Can you name Any band like that from that era that has all original members? GnR? Nope. Motley? Nope. Dokken? Nope. Slaughter?Nope. Mr Big? Nope. C'mon dude you have no point. None. Look at 90 percent of the bands. If this isn't Dirty Looks then that ISN'T Dokken Motley GnR and so on a thousand more bands Yes indeed it is much more complicated than that 😜.
@@bobbyw1510 - those bands you named do still have their singers, so that detail matters... Is there a replacement singer for Dangerous Toys? Sammy in Van Halen was the rare exception, he was as relevant as they were at the time, equal give and take. Corabi got lucky Motley Crue had such a massive following and they put up with him for a few years, but that also was a failure, hence the return of Vincent Neal Wharton, fat man on the loose. Whatever that version of Queensryche is sporting about now is good, but with no Geoff, it doesn't count. Henrik was not just the singer, he was the band. Maybe you had to be there in Erie, PA back in the day. Comparing DT and Dirty Looks is a crime. DT stunk on ice. Plus these dumb shows on cruise ships with B level bands like this playing in the 50 person club lounge, just awful.
@@bobgomez9481 Jason has every right to sing these songs and fly the flag. Enjoy the songs. The songs are Always bigger than the bands. Check out Foreigner since 2004. Dude I saw Dirty Looks with 650 people. It wasn't on a cruise ship. Jason kicked butt. Shut up!
The bass player left his cement shoes at home! 🤘🏼

Henrik has been dead for a long time and with him, Dirty Looks... This is stupid.
Your comment is even stupider 🎉

Without Henrick, dirty looks is nothing.
Jack kicked ass on bass.
This is top notch showmanship!
Personally have partied with Jack back in the late 80s. And yes he could play.
