    I wrap mine in a paper towel, then in a ziplock baggie. You can reuse the baggie and the paper towel is already wrapped around the sandwich to reheat :) love the tip to bake the eggs. I will have to try that!

    Use freezer paper (or wax paper OR parchment paper!) instead of the foil, and then you can actually microwave it in the wrapper!!
    No need to re-wrap it in paper toweling or whatever!
    Use masking tape (or freezer masking tape) to seal the folded freezer paper or wax paper bundles!!
    (The wax is a NON-issue when microwaving it!)
    {{Fast food places ALWAYS wrap THEIR sandwiches, burritos, & tacos in wax paper!!}}

    I cut my eggs into squares. In order to avoid cheese leakage I rip mine up and put some between all layers in the center to act as a glue. It does not leak out and as it melts spreads out perfectly. Just thought I would throw my 2 cents in ;) Good video.

    I am new, and I subscribed! I like to do mine with sausage. Wal Mart Great Value sells a bag of fully-cooked frozen sausage patties, which are convenient, and you get a 35.6 oz. family-size bag for $10. It has about 20 patties in the bag, making them 50 cents each. Even with the cost of the Bays Brioche English Muffins at about 50 cents each and the egg. You're making your own Egg McMuffin for about $1.30, which is less than half the cost of the item at a McDonald's.

      We do buy those often, my husband just preferred bacon so I did that for him. 😁 And Welcome! 👋

    i do breakfast burritos n freeze also works well. i use turkey sausage eggs n cheese...would be good n even lower cal and for lower cholesterol with egg whites. im doing the muffin sandwiches like this...this week. im going to make 2 with ham n eggs,2 turkey sausage and egg and 2 bacon and egg..all with cheese. agree less sodium i bet than the already frozen ones and fast food ones. and yes cheaper. they are great for my 13 yr old niece who l8ves us for breakfast.

    • @BlessedJess
      @BlessedJess  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That's great! I hope you like them as much as we do! I also really like to make homemade freezer breakfast burritos! So good and easy! And I didn't say on the video, but you're right. 350 degrees for 10-15 min (just until the eggs aren't liquidy).

    Used two slices of cheese, each slice of cheese touching the bread, then when it gets reheated, the cheese melts & acts as a "glue" to keep the sandwich together!!

      Kenedeigh Bara ~ Use freezer paper, or wax paper or parchment paper INSTEAD of foil and plastic wrap, THEN you can microwave them IN their wrappers!! You don't HAVE to peel them, first!
      Just LOOSEN the wrap some, to let steam out BEFORE "nuking" them!!

    Whole eggs, bacon and cheese.. This is NOT diet friendly..

    • @BlessedJess
      @BlessedJess  7 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      How is that not? High in protein, low in carbs. Really depends on your diet.

    • @Margar02
      @Margar02 7 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      If you are budgeting your calories wisely, you can have this kind of breakfast. The best breakfasts for me are high in protein for sustained energy, and some fat and carbs for an initial mood and energy boost. I work hard physically at my job, starting at 6am and a good eggy, cheesy, meaty, Carby breakfast sustains me obviously better than oatmeal or cereal or fruit.

      bacon and cheese is a lot of saturated fat. not healthy at all.
      calories are not that important as where they come from
