Shapovalov vs Griekspoor was suspended due to rain.
Dear TennisTV, I have been subscribed to your premium plan for a long time. Since the recent GUI updates, there's only 720p max resolution offered for streams. Is this temporary or what's the reason for not offering at least 1080p. Watching on 4k TV it's very blurry to say the least.
Sad, Shapo Was ON FIRE
@@AboraPearl There is no way you're paying that much money and there's no 1080p avaiable right? If thats true then they should fix that asap.
@@Xenolicz 16.99 euros / month, I don't know if it's worth it anymore for just 720p content

Happy 37th birthday Nole 🐐
imagine a few years ago telling hanfmann he would face murrey and novak in the first 2 rounds of a 250
Imagine if murrey and novak meet in the 2nd round of a 250. We will go back in time 25 years.
Happy birthday 🎉 djokovic
Djokovic is keep on writing the history of Tennis 'EVERYDAY' 😅🥕🥦
The Camera angles and highlights are excellent at this venue
Drop shot at 00:08 says it all.
Congrats No1e! 🐐❤️🇷🇸
Happy birthday Djoker!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, GOAT!!!! #DJOKOVIC
Glückwunsch Djokovic 🥎
Wishing you a very Happy Birthday Novak, you are such a bright light and a true treasure 🎉🎊🎇🎆✨️🐐🥰🥰🥳🤩❤️🫶💞😍😘
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DJOKODAD
Fritz is the first player after Wawr to break racquet over his knee 😮😮😮😮
Do not try this at home!
@@mat2djjwhsir Yes, the knee might break instead of the racket.
It's actually not that bad to do I have broken about 3 over my knee now a baseball bat is a different story.
I'm pretty sure 'Lord Paire' has managed it ..... he is the undisputed GOAT of racquet smashing afterall.
Stan made it look effortless, like the racquet was made out of popsicle sticks
1100th match win for the Birthday Serbinator. Another feather in his already gloriously decorous cap.
Im really feeling for Fritz... I really like him and you can see his effort... Losing at an early stage in a 250 tournmnt after losing at rome... I hope he keeps believing and show remind us how talented he is
yeah it's interesting how he made fairly deep runs in the masters events but exits first round in a 250. hopefully he makes it far in roland garros
Fritz has been pretty solid recently, and I did think he'd win, but Michelsen is a tough customer.
He might be feeling not 100% after Rome. He was playing hard matches
The sound of these highlights is awesome! Great coverage!
It really is, even the quality is better than the past masters 1000 tournaments like Monte-Carlo and Rome.
Ive been watching Novak for a long time and from the beginning of the year there was something missing mentally. I think it was the audden change in his team. Cant be easy to change teams and get going right away after having soent so many successful years together. He looked like his old self against Moutet and here as well. Seems like hes enjoying playing now.
All the best for FO
Don't know what you were watching...he had the same team at the AO and changed after. Moutet is in no way a threat to Djokovic, after Moutet he crashed out after people thinking seeing positives. He was struggling more against Hanfmann than the scoreline suggests. He was struggling to keep his break up in the first (5 breakpoints saved one of which Hanfmann should have won). He was saved a bit by the raindelay during that game. Second set he had to fight back from a break. Often times in the match he was pushed back and you can actually hear him grunt and growl in the highlights. A better player than Hanfmann will take him out. Djokovic is still far far off from his best. And I doubt he'll get back to it.
@@fwvw7056 he did have the same team at AO but based on Ivanesevic's interview it would seem they had already decided to part ways.
And it's not about Moutet being a good opponent or not, it's Novak's game which for the first time this year looked like his old self.
Considering he was at the top of the game at the end of 2023, the only reason I can think of is the change in team. One doesn't suddenly age in 3-4 months.
@@Whatreally123 his best match this year was probably against Mannarino...where? AO third round. He looked superior there with a superior scoreline. The change of team is a symptom not a root cause. What has changed is two things: the beginning last year he still had to prove and break records: had 21 slams. After Wimbledon he was motivated to proof he wasn't surpassed yet by Alcaraz. USO was a very favourable draw. So the first thing is: he has accomplished pretty much everything after chasing the other (records) for all his tennis life. It is not a mystery that after such a long time of professional sports and goal chasing one feels the tiredness and the strain. He has said himself that each time he wins something now t feels like losing a life (like a cat). He clearly lacks 100% motivation and sharpness. Also, each passing month getting older does matter at this age. 27 to 28 year old doesn't matter but now he turned 37. And the competition simply got better, especially Sinner made a big step. The change in team is an effect of this, not a cause. And with changing it up he tries to find something. But he isn't going to find that.
Happy bday nole 👍
Wish you the best at the most important 4 tournaments of the year. 🙌💪
Roland Garros, Wimbledon, US Open, Swiss Indoors 😀
Baez's smooth movements are underrated. 😮
Thats because he is smaller than the other players, Gaston is also very flexibel and fast because of this.
Happy # 37, Nole, and many more !
Novak Arguably ( 2nd ) Best Clay Courter of All Time.. Considerating Era.. Not Finished Yet.. ( 37 ) Years - Young..
Michelsen really deserved that win, unbelievable tennis.
Joyeux anniversaire Novak !
Happy birthday Novak!
Ahhh djokovic is gonna win RG again ..
looks like djoko felt good on that match
Not really.
happy birthday nole
06:20 Wawrinka style !
🤴🎾DJOKER❤❤❤
my glorious king shapo is finally doing good again
Great seeing Denis back in form.
Roddick said it best -- imagine being some clay specialist who's looking forward to playing a 250, make some money and get some points, and then Djokovic shows up in the draw... haha
🎉🎉🎉🎉 feliz cumpleaños NOLE 😊
That was impressive to see somebody break a racquet on their knee.
Not the word I would use.
@@geoffthomson1686 What word would you use?

LET'S GOOOOOO NOLEEEEE 🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐
6:20 WOW! he just folded it in half with such ease, legbreaker move
the length, pace and bounce is just insane, I think I'm good at tennis, I can murder a forehand 100mph, these guys would eat me for breakfast
The GOAT Nole 🐐🐐🐐
If Murray had beaten Hanfman and advanced to the 2nd round, we would see Murray vs. Djokovic today. How long ago did we see these 2 in a second round of a 250 before? 20 years ago, maybe? 25?
Real heaviness on the penultimate forehand
I wouldn’t be surprised if Shapo comes back and loses the match
Carballes baena getting bageled on clay is sth you won't see so often.
Partidazo 🇦🇷👏🏻
Los globos de baez son una locura😮😮😮😮😮
🫶🥎👏 magnifique tournoi bravo aux organisateurs Thierry Gérard
Shapo's backhand is so beautiful. Not going to be easy for Novak
You're already assuming he beats Griekspoor 😂
Defining win by Michelson as he headed to being the number one American i believe. One thing for sure is he the best and most comfortable at the net versus all the current crop of Americans.
Nah, Korda and Shelton are both great net players, the difference is that Michelson has probably the best backhand of them all, his ability to threaten on both wings pushes his opponent back and lets him come forward more easily. Korda is probably the best net player of them all, but doesn’t have firepower like the rest of the Americans

Nah he doesn't have the movement
You think Michelson is more comfortable at the net than Tommy Paul or Ben Shelton? 😂
Pretty fair assumption as he's got a solid all round game...seems to move pretty well too.
Balls seems really fast on these courts
Baez might be one of the fittest guys on tour. Dude is in insane shape
Michelsen only 19 he will be the future star 👍👍😁😁😁
nice clay
The video quality is top notch, better than ROME.
No sign of concussion!! Looking good!
6:27 Big question does anyone know the name of Alex Michelsen’s coach? The guy on the left with the hat it’s his sparring, the other one is the coach,
Please someone tell me his name, I spoke with him in Rome and i didn’t have the chance to reach him, it would be a big favor.🤝🏻🤝🏻
The official ATP Homepage says he has two coaches, Jay Leavitt and Eric Diaz.
I hope that helps.
Baez on clay is different‼️
FYI, Re: "Real heaviness on the penultimate forehand" "Penultimate means “next to last.” Sometimes it is used erroneously as if it referred to something beyond ultimate, meaning “the very best,” but the prefix pen- means “almost.” Penultimate can seem like a superlative version of ultimate, but it isn't." - Merriam-Webster Dictionary
Didn't know Milo Kerrigan played tennis. Well done!
Would you look at that,mr serbian sir in a travel mood, what does the restaurants in Geneve have great food,oh it must be the hotels and it's great views.

Happy birthday Nole, but the mâine question îs how will celebrate Nadal because his birthday îs just after the tournament îs done
You can tell he doesn't have the weapons when he's going for the dropshot over and over again
Dropshot aint a weapon? Haha
Who?
@@Bowl849he is prolly talking about djoko
@@chaiveenendaal Drop shots is to conserve energy for difficult road ahead. Why do you think Djoko didn't play in Geneva before? Why now? He needs all the practice available to stay in number 1 position.
@@MariaSilva-ix1qcyes i get that, but you agree a dropshot can still be a weapon right?
Had Murray won he would have played Novak…
Bro the commentator is out of breath every time he talks
Jawohl Misolic 😊👍🇦🇹
EZ win for Nole. younger guys can only hit the ball hard..
Everyday is pancake day for Fritz
Might just be the last 250 tournament he'd ever play, except Belgrade
Djokovic 6-3 6-3 Hanfmann
Michelsen 6-4 4-6 7-5 Fritz
Ruud 4-6 6-2 6-2 Ofner
Baez 6-3 6-0 Carballes Baena
we are seeing the decline of the GOAT in real time, its sad to see, still think he wins Wimbledon

Что-то я не припомню чтобы джока играл турнир перед самим грэнд слэмом,значит проиграет это плохая тенденция и практика...нет не здесь,а там...да ещё на свой день варенья!
Thinking ahead to the French.....Both Sinner and Alcaraz, should they meet Novak will destroy him......Joker played the #85 player in the world and struggled, [particularly in the first set.
That's more like it. Its the hair cut.
Ou regarder svp
Novak would not lose to another yannick this year
Why is Novak there? Genuine question.
Everybody is surprised really. He never played in the week before a slam. Guess he wants some more match practice before Roland Garros and a couple of points to keep the no1 spot
Baena sold 0:6 set
Baez looks scary
Oke
Novak you one of best players after Roger and Rafael but I doubt seeing you on other rounds we all getting old , anyway Goodluck don't be overacting
Racket-breaker and line-judge attacker is getting old for this..
Fritz wth?
lol
Attack on Novak in Rome is very suspicious , we remember what germans did to Monika Seles in gemany and german steffi graf became no 1 !!!
He was probably a vaxxer
Another conspiracy theorist in the comment section. We remember what the insane Günter Parche did to Monica - not Germany. What happened to Djokovic was clearly an accident. You clearly seem to enjoy making provocative speculations instead of having genuine concern for the players.
@@sff-t9fHe is Italian and guess who is no 2 currently , also not sorry at all .
I have nothing but contempt for those players who smash their racquet out of spite. Do they even realise that this racket has cost the equivalent of a worker's monthly salary in some of the countries of Europe? Where do they think their millions come from?
Happy Birthday Tennis Goat #DjokerNole.
Djoko loser all year.
