Thank you for showing this beautiful condo in one of our gorgeous downtown buildings. You gave a calm and elegant tour of the condo that has a very important character for me.. You have to have you won washer and dryer in your condo. To buy a condo/co-opt and for it not to have a washer & dryer in the unit just does not make any sense to me. You also for me brought back great memories because I enjoyed working in Water Tower Place back in the 1980s. I use worked at the Christian Bernard Jewelry Store. I also miss shopping at the Marshall Fields Store and the Lord & Taylor Stores from back then there at the Water Tower Place. Well, continued success in showing your properties.

Quartz is manmade. Stone is natural. That "granite" window sill doesn't look like granite at all to me. I would encourage you to be more precise and accurate about each finish as you were about the flooring! It would make your channel much more useful and attractive to designers. Also it would be nice to see the floor plans of the space rather than just focusing primarily on finishes.

Should have shown us the views!! After all that’s what u pay for. Who cares about cabinet hardware, show me the view! One 2 second shot of the lake doesn’t help.
