This condo is super unique. Many ultra luxury condos tend to look the same but I like the brave design choices on this one. Also the building itself is really stunning!
My favorite are the light fixtures over the dining table. Absolutely gorgeous!
Hate to have to clean those windows🤣🤣 An amazing property; that kitchen is KILLER. My girl loves the closet space, but for 8.25 million, I`d get a nice multi-level home so my mancave can be out of the way and not on the same floor as everything else🤣. Great video! Keep `em coming

The owner for sure knows how to decor, plus the kid's artwork gives it such a nice pink coloured world kind of feel

While it is nice, for 6 million less you could definitely get a better lake view at 2 million with the same upgrades🤷 keep 6 in the bank
I love Andrei's channel and the homes are always cool to look at but I wish he would've opened the fridge door. Why go through the explanation of telling us how it's an ultra-custom built in but you don't at least let us see inside of it ? That's one of the minor complaints I have with some of his showings. If you're giving viewers a tour of a home and talking about this and that custom marble and steel and all of these nice details, let us see everything about the property.
