5 sheets of gelatin;
Juice and rasp of 2 lemons;
100 gr of sugar;
2 packets of cream of 200 ml each;
To the roof:
100 gr of sugar;
1 tablespoon of corn starch;
Scrape and juice of 2 lemons;
2 eggs;
