I visited this January Puteri Cove,very beautiful the nature with the great view and also the lobby was great ,but the building complex already looks dated from outside..I just skipped this project.

never ever anyhow buy condo in Johor. don't listen to all these TH-cam craps. they need to make money. you go to them, you buy condos, they earn your money. I bought a condo in Johor and now we are going through a tough time taking a lawsuit. I won't elaborate further. Just don't be silly and think buying a condo in Johor is safe.

yes its nice, highly recommended lifestyle wise but limited units left now and selling on the higher end for a Medini condo right now

I pay 0.33$ psf for my 700sft unit & 0.22 % of total house price which about $1500 property tax yearly
