Most condos have extra carpark to rent out. Should not be less than RM100 per month but those in city center will cost up to RM300 thereabouts. Yes you can rent out your carpark too
Yes there are stamp duties. If buy from developer they are usually absorbed by developer. You can request agents to check for foreigner tenant work permit and provide a copy, usually not a problem.

Shoplots in JB generally RM2.5mil and above. This one abit more complicated but its best to just go see units and get familiarized with different locations in JB to be able to make a good decision

Will you consider Danga Bay as a leisure resort development? Its more suitable for Airbnb?

thats for Singapore. In Malaysia its 1 month comm for 1 year lease. You can go ask around Malaysia agents to verify.
