Japanese bicycles and components are underrated, they produce some of the very, very best stuff out there. If you don't like the aesthetic, fine, you're entitled to your opinion but that doesn't mean they're shoddily made.
they're gonna save tons if they used modern manufacturing methods.. like using automated machines, it's also gonna boost their production, faster, and a much standardized sadle compared to handmades.. I thought NJS components are supposed to be precise.. nothing more precise than machine made components.

My saddle is Kashimax. It's just not NJS certified but consumer grade with comfy pad.
Those keirin saddles hurts my butt just by looking at them.
