This is not the proper style of singing for her, just because, she sounds generic, doesnt sound special, and there are 1000 singers performing better tin this style, plus the music is so fucking generic compressed plastic metal, even her voice has no dynamics anymore. Solution, create a generic metal band that will sell good for 15 yo old metal hipsters and play the gathering songs live. Now, with her name and the word "metal" she gonna sell all those tickets..Someone should shoot the person composing the solos in this band too... holy shit, didnt see solos with less feeling ever. Even the 4 notes solos from the gathering have more feeling than all the solos in this full whole album.. that is how good the guy is as a composer hah... so fucking sad. And all those saying she performs nicely in this one?, are you fucking serious?. She is out of tune in half the songs, it goes by parts... seriously, she should use her best , and that is the color of her natural voice, and dont go with this shitty "try hard" that is like a within temptation for 2010s hipters...
You're delusional if you think Vuur is a money making machine. If she wanted money she would never have left Gathering in the first place or create some family friendly symphonic metal band. Also this was like her 3rd or 4th time performing these songs live, be patient. If you check out some of the newer live vids, she sounds much better.

All the people thinking this crap is great, i cant believe the little taste people have nowadays. This shit is so generic, fomulaic and the sound is fucking bad, it sounds compressed even live...But i guess it is just fans of her and not fans of good music, so even if she takes a dump thy gonna love it... I always been a follower of her but this shit is shameful, just the same generic shit they do in metal nowadays 1000 albums a month... and she even tries to emulate the younger singers in the style instead of staying loyal to her very personal non metal style of singing that happens to work in metal and it was made her what she is now...So sad.
