And then pit each of those albums again in a best of the genre tournament. And then do that process 99 more times removing the winner of the previous tournament each time. If this reads like bare literate babbel, I just want it to be known that I am very sleep deprived. Edit: Also, Everywhere at the End of Time needs to stop getting slept on. There is so much to interpret on that album, it really needs to be recognized for the beautifully haunting experience it is.

I notice something very wrong with this list... Where's American Football? You know, the album made in 1999 by three college students in the span of three days in the garage of a shitty house in Urbana, Illinois, that not only spawned an entire subgenre, but is what is said to have defined and/or influenced Emo music as a whole since at least the early 2000s. Why is that not on this list, Apple?
