That’s a great choice! I actually singed up for the gym TODAY! It wasn’t particularly for that reason, but I want to work on reversing the problems caused by vaping!
For the past 3 years I've been vaping and its gotten to a point that its like...morning to night I'm vaping. I started cutting back about a week ago but it hasnt been easy. I tried to stop cold turkey but I become a MONSTER, and yet I decided today would be the day I put my foot down with this shit and find ways to quit. I even leave my vape at work, which surprises me when I dont have it with me, the cravings are there but I'm surprised on how well I manage without it. I started sucking on blowpops and exercising anytime that itch REALLY hits me. I can do this, and anyone out there reading this comment that's going through the same situation, YOU CAN TOO!! Thanks for the video! ❤
I’ve quit smoking weed, I’ve quit doing pills, I’ve quit alcohol, the vape has been the hardest to drop. I’ve done them all cold turkey. Haven’t been able to do it with the vape so I grabbed a pack of zyn. When I was using the zyn I realized it wasn’t even the nicotine I was craving. It’s the smoking motion for me. Even with the zyn in id still be craving to smoke.
Currently a week and a half in of no vaping.. started junior year in HS in 2017-2018 and haven’t went a day without one since last Monday. I bought zyns and they have helped so so much. The one time I find myself craving one so bad is when I’m driving (I drive a lot for work) and Zyns have definitely helped with the cravings!
I was the exact same way! Driving and not having my vape was definitely the hardest part and the reason I got zyns. I’m hoping to be done with them in 1-2 months
I think the problem for a lot of people including myself is they are withdrawing from the drug and then life inevitably throws awful days/events at you and you just go back to it and the cycle starts again. All it takes is one weak moment during a withdrawal phase which could be months and then you're back to square one.
@@empyrean1488 I quit smoking 🍃 AND just pissed clean today!!! Vaping has been a bit harder BUT ive been smoking for a few years at this point and quitting that has been very rough.

I vaped for 6 months, then jumped to Zyn for 2 months. I have been 8 months clean from all nicotine. I was worried about the long term effect. Never going back. 💯
how hard was it to be around friends that vape? what did you do in the scenarios that were tempting for you? i go a week clean when im not with my friends, then once i get with my friends, i throw all my progress out the window and forget the reason im quitting. the cycle never ends. i just put a sticky note on my phone that says “just because your friends have nicotine, doesn’t mean you need it“ hoping that helps me.
It was super hard! Sometimes I have to get either a soda to slowly sip on or go for a quick walk away to collect myself. I had to make sure that my friends understood where I stood and that they're not to offer it to me. (sounds easier than it really is)
I got zyns for that reason. Cuz I just wanted to quit Inhailing stuff. The zyns give me a nice buzz at 3mg and I don’t feel the need to vape. You might get re addicted to zyn s but it will get you used to not vaping!
