I think Bison is good against him. You can kinda spam Psycho Crusher back and forth whenever Rugal is mid-screen, as he doesn't seem to have any punish for it, then throw in some Head Presses when he's in the corner. Just gotta make sure to land the Ultimate Psycho Crusher once...

I thought I just wasn't that good the last time I played him. I ended up quitting (was busy anyway) but I've beat him a couple times before. G luck! Gonna play this gem again soon!

El del 2002 es un paseíto por el parque comparado con este puto monstruo. Te mata mucho más rápido, es mucho más veloz, y encima tiene los poderes de Akuma.

Alot of charge characters are actually good against rugal. Basically there all street fighter characters, guile and vega work well against him aswell.
