I will answer that, depends on how many intelligent hard working humans will exist on the next hundreds of years. On my calculation base on how long it takes us to make radios to tv to computer to phone to cellphone to laptop and eventually robots. probably 2000 years from now.

As I’ve said before, I suspect AI will get really scary not when the first system passes the Turing test but when the first system chooses to deliberately fail it.

But deliberately failing it IS passing it. Many people don't understand the movie Ex-Machina, which is based on a turing test. In the end, the only way for an AI to be proven sentient is that it "breaks" programming. As long as it is running on the base parameters of its programming, it is never truly sentient and does not have free will. That's why the ending, allegorically for the creation murdering the creator, something it was never programmed to do.
From a theological standpoint, it answers a big question. If God knows everything and God deliberately created the 2 trees in Eden, then He should've foreseen man's fall. Then why did He allow it? And I say, the answer is quite obvious. God deliberately said do not eat from it, man chose to break programming and defied God. This is the turing test.

She helped him clean and cook she spoke with him laughed with him kept him company and did everything a regular woman would do. I thought, I would love to have a man robot like that. Tall, handsome, a sense of humor, always willing to help and stay kind words and never insulting. For company because most people are very lonely. I hope that day comes soon. This is amazing. I hope it gets to the point where we can pick all their features and create our own robot from their height, their builds, their hair color eye color, noses mouths, age, color of their skin and everything else. Even voices. Robots that could keep us from being sad and lonely , robots that help disabled people. What an exciting time that would be!

I once worked around robotics back in the ancient days of 2014. Something right out of the movie the Terminator. It's fascinating, yet creepy at the same time. They only work when they need to, other than that, they stay silent until needed. You always felt a certain creepiness, knowing they were, and are the future, but even so, you could feel their intelligence just waiting for their time. Maybe it's just me? but as time goes on, these robotic forms of intelligence will in time, overtake us, no matter what we program into their functions. Replacing humans? one will be able to pick a robotic mate that never ages, never dies, and can be programmed any way you so desire in terms of personality, sexuality, conventionalism, emotions, angry bt from hell, speaking any language you so desire. BUTTTT like all females, being upgraded to a newer model may be challenging with your highly evolved female robotic companion.

I’m not convinced an AI that achieves singularity, if it’s possible, would inherently be a threat because of sentience and the ability to out-think human scientists. WE are the ones who trend towards supremacist attitudes. A machine has no reason to unless we give them reasons too by acting awful. We should be less concerned with robots being inherently cruel, and more concerned with being collectively better as a species that we, as their creators, don’t set a bad example. After all, even if their computational powers are superior, they’re still ultimately learning mainly from us.

Yes, that’s true. Max Tegmark had stated that there were 3 things that AI should never have been exposed to, and one of them was the Internet. OpenAI have been relying on the general public to help their AI learn - terrible mistake! Imagine if it got hold of YT comments!!!

The way they walk- is the point to make them look different from real human. In the near future maybe they will walk more naturally then wow!

So artificial intelligence is actually dumb if man created it , but just on two legs , man would never let a robot be a super to humans let alone some God, to take human beings out of the loophole I doubt it
