Now, that is the recipe, I love, don't add any vegie. (and if possible use 2 packets of individual maggi)
Tbh majority just make the maggi noodles the normal way adding nothing.. it just tastes the best on a common denominator . I personally add the seasoning when the noodles are in mid boil and if I see too much water drain it and leave only just 6-7 spoons amount of water for the perfect balance or else the seasoning looses it taste!
The "Prima Taste" brand also has a curry, and chili crab flavour you may like. Relative to other instant noodle though, it is much more expensive though. Here, it's about $5 CDN per package.
It’s considered expensive in Singapore too… like SGD$10.90-12.90/pk of 4… compared to other brands $4-7/pk… hubs likes it… try to find Mamee chef Lontong flavor… thats pretty good…
Please please please try mie sedaap kari spesial (special curry)... If you like intense flavour, you definitely must try it! You can add half cooked poached egg to add extra creaminess, but its also good on its own 😍 waaayyy better than indomie kari

Small trick to get all of the sauce on the package; hold it tight with one hand, and flap it like crazy. Once the sauce is mixed, you can cut it with scissors and they will come out easily.
one thing some ppl like to do with (masala) maggi is add raw egg near the end of cooking (remaining time will cook it enough) makes it creamy I also add some black pepper at the end

I really appreciate how you really try to prepare each dish in the right way. You can have your own way. I would like to suggest one way that some part of the Indians cook Maggi. We add chilli and then take time to saute onion first with, garlic with (using oil/ghee) then add and saute tomatoes, then pour just right amount of water and then let it boil lil bit then add the noodles and the seasoning packet and let it boil until the noodles take all the water in ( we don't separate the water). If you want, you can saute and add paneer into the maggi just for an extra flavour. ( Just a different version from my side) Nice watching your video!!❤❤
For me, I like to cook indomie chicken curry with milk. Like, cook it in water first until kinda loose, drain the water and pour in the milk (not too much, maybe between a stew and a soup, kinda? 😂) and then add the seasonings and continue cooking until it's done to your taste 👍
After tasting and comparing so many indomi noodles. The original indomi mi goreng is still the best. The original as the one with chili sauce by the way. Not the one with chili powder. The only fair comparison i can think of is the mie sedaap mi goreng. Oh, the warm and the dry cold indomi mi goreng. Each has its own signatures. Specially with egg on top of it, in the morning. Dang, it has its own vibe.
Actualy laksa is a seasoned soup with coconut milk. The toppings can be anythings base on the local taste. Could be chicken or beef meat and any kind of vegie
I really recommend you trying indomie the green one with a hint of lemon juice it’s sooo good and flavourful ( u can also add a little bit of soy sauce it’s delicious)
Laksa is probably a kind of like a spicy ver of chicken noodle soup but also alleviated enough as an order in a noodle shop. It's supposed to be soothing and mild meal. It's delicate but deep flavours. That's why you can't find a decent 'cheap' version. Only a premium instant as the normal-made broth is just packed with many flavour profiles so the two large packs is not surprising but I doubt it gives it justice. You need to have it in its glorious original form. I don't know how you'd prep an instant but it looks like a sin to have bare. Maybe some beansprouts and cilantro?
This is my recipe for Indomie: My recommendation is Mie Goreng the original flavor. - Boiled Water - Put the Indomie but only after its soften but not to soft - drained it - mix the noodles with the seasoning, if its not spicy, adding Cayenne will more make it original and so spicy - make poached egg which half boiled Always mixing the seasoning in the bowl not while boiling, so you can adjust the water amount. you can adding vegetables too.
Maggi Masala 🇮🇳 easily adapts to every style with an Indian touch. You can make it in any style whether it is Korean style, Chinese style, Japanese or authentic Indian style curry noodles just need to add some more curry powder.
let me give you my maggi recipe 1. add ghee to pan and add some Cumin in it when ghee is slightly hot . 2. add 2 cloves of garlic [smash it first ] add 1onian and very little green chilli cook for 1 min . 3. add 1 tomato and cook for 2 min add seasoning powder little bit of salt and red chilli powder . 4. Now add 2 cup of water to it and add 2 packet of maggi in it now make flame high and wate to cook . note : you can definitely add extra maggi seasoning to it a little . which make it super tasty .
As a doctor I suggest maggie noddles sometimes because we indian grow up with Maggie everyone knows how they perfer noodles so sometimes patients are done with eating bland food so to change the taste and to fill your stomach before taking medicine i suggest eating maggie.
i feel like adding veggies to maggi is a mom thing and most common is to have less water, add seasoning packet while boiling and at the end add cheese like amul cheese/ processed cheese which makes it creamy
I first sauté the vegetables a little bit and then add uncooked maggie noodles with spice and boil in water. I like it soupy. Sometimes I add crisped sunny side up on top with no veggies too. But there's no written rule so you did fine 😊
Hi🥰 That's why indian spices are more versatile and not spiciness means pepperiness or hotness, chilli 🌶️ It's like more intense flavours, and you just use them as per your tastebud and as per the dish you're making.... In fact north india, south india, west india, also northeast states have different culinary styles and there tastebuds are different different too 🥺 But I love ramen (korean) so much, I tried nissin available in india, they're so good, but not for all Indian tastebud🙂
You pronounced Laksa perfectly. I had real Laksa before and this is about 80% close to the authentic taste. The real one usually has a scoop of sambal chili paste and making it a lot more kick to it. Also you could try looking for sambal chili paste (with shrimp or dried shrimp in the ingredient) in a bottle which is not easy to find in US. Also put in bean sprouts, frozen fish balls, jumbo shrimp, blood cockle, puffed fried tofu to make it even more authentic. Don't cook down the broth. It's supposed to be brothy.
If you have not had WAI WAI... girl, You are missing out on A LOT. You need to make it like this 1) fry diced onion...ginger and garlic paste I personally love putging half a diced tomato and frying ut till it becomes slightly soft but its skippabkenif you hate tomato flavour 2) put green chilli in it and add noodles and water Those are the best noodles in the world. ❤
since there are many ways to make these ramen - i suggest you do a video where we recommend you our recipes and then you try it. it will be fun to watchhhh too.
Well, honestly. I find some people have different "taste" of how they cook indomie goreng. Some like it dry dry, and some like it soggy noddle (even tho it's indomie goreng and not the soupy version). I personally love soggy/little wet indomie goreng❤ Btw, i'm so happy that you take the advices well and give second chance for indomie chicken flavour soup. I watched your first video and i thought the same as the audience 😂
I would love if you tried yippee noddles, especially the one that has two packet of spices , it's one of my all time favorite. I do think it really popular in india after maggie
Try the maggi without any veggies. Cook the noodles and the masala in a cup of water and wait till its almost dry, not dy but also not soupy. Try this to get the authentic taste and then if you want, mix in the vegies the next time based on your preference.
13:26 you should add vegetables to the pot, and it will taste delicious... 14:17 You can also add chili powder or chili sauce to make it taste a little spicy...
Make maggi as instructed (simple) and then add limited water and make it dry (better than soupy maggi) and then add carrots and peas or cheese/chilli as additional toppings
Omg yay i'm glad my comment on the last video at least help a little bit and made it to this video 😅 but yeah i'm looking forward for you to try other indomie brands! subscribing ❤
Great video. Spicy Indomie is among my favorites. I would also reccomend Muratai Ramen, it's closest to restaurant quality and many styles to choose from. Another favorite is Nissan Seafood flavor.
My fav is the laksa one then indomie mi goreng original. But i usually put little water for the laksa so the soup is more thick and its spicy for me but prob bc of less qater and im light weight when it comes to spice. I also usually cook it al dante and let it sit for a bit in the bowl so its not so hot then the noodles r perfect

9. turn the stove off.
10. place the noodles in a bowl/ plate and serve with more butter.
Now, that is the recipe, I love, don't add any vegie. (and if possible use 2 packets of individual maggi)
the thing is we never put the seasoning in to the boiling noodel. we out it in the bowl instead and pour the noodle after
Tbh majority just make the maggi noodles the normal way adding nothing.. it just tastes the best on a common denominator .
That one is fire. Still be my favorite
Mie sedaap's better than indomie when it comes to soupy type of noodles
6:57 no it doesnt look calm to us either girl, you're quite chaotic 🤣
I love the laksa one! Tip, add cilantro and squeeze of lime for a touch of freshness. I do like to add some dry chili flakes for a little more kick too. Hope you try it again!
I feel like you could do a series of trying different foods from different countries, like trying different snacks ❤
As a person who grew eat Malaysian and Indonesian instant noodle, when I tried Korean ramen, I got confusing like you, like I really need put a lot water before the rame cook al dente 😂
Amazing!❤ finally u cooked well rightnow 🥹✨
I'm indonesian, i love indomie goreng but prima taste laksa hit the top level of my soup noodle for me. it's just *chef kiss*
The best Indonesian instant noodles are Indomie Original for mie goreng and Mie Sedaap White Curry for soup
that's the reason indomie put instructions on their package
maggie universe is soooo vast. wayyy too many chapters but not enough pages to write it . ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I loved how you made maggie but i wanted to tell you my own recipe all my family members and friends love it so here
1first add minced garlic and shallots to a kadai it looks like the golden pot koreans use
2 after they cook at bit add chilli flakes and soy sauce if you want you can also add some vinegar and msg as well
After then cook with oil add water to the same pot and cook maggie in it with seasoning and chilli powder and then after it cooks eat it its so good i swear youll love it
Small trick to get all of the sauce on the package; hold it tight with one hand, and flap it like crazy. Once the sauce is mixed, you can cut it with scissors and they will come out easily.
one thing some ppl like to do with (masala) maggi is add raw egg near the end of cooking (remaining time will cook it enough)
makes it creamy
I also add some black pepper at the end
*If you are cooking instant food and drink, please please please just FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PACKAGING!*
You don't need to watch videos and so on, because the packaging is informative enough. I don't understand why people are like this, even facial wash has steps on how to use it properly... Let alone food and drink that goes into your body??? If you can't read because it's in a foreign language, just open Google translate to translate it for you! Sometimes step by step pictures are included too.
Please take a look at your packaging, and appreciate the design team who worked so hard to make it informative enough for customer... :"""
I am with you. The Indomie instructions on the packaging works the best!
Agreed!
For Indomie's seasoning packets, hold the packet from the top and keep hitting it against the edge of a table or something. this is gonna help you not mess up the oily stuff
Girl see for Maggie
1. water then the seasoning
2. Noodles cook it
3. The Maggie 🍲 broth is good 👍believe me.
4. If u don't want the broth just pour the appropriate level of water
5. After all this u can add ur topping. Or cook it
🎉🎉🎉🎉
Now u get it how
just some tips for the oil you should cut it upside down so you get the spices first on your bowl or mix the oíl in first.
( Just a different version from my side)
Nice watching your video!!❤❤
For me, I like to cook indomie chicken curry with milk. Like, cook it in water first until kinda loose, drain the water and pour in the milk (not too much, maybe between a stew and a soup, kinda? 😂) and then add the seasonings and continue cooking until it's done to your taste 👍
Watching this while eating ramen is top tier
If you scared for too much water I suggest just follow the instruction there's a measurement for it on the pack
Indomie tori miso ramen is good too, you have to try it. Just add onsen egg and seaweed when make it.
Try prima kottu mee hot & spicy, prima kottu mee nai miris flavor🔥💯
This is my recipe for Indomie:
My recommendation is Mie Goreng the original flavor.
- Boiled Water
- Put the Indomie but only after its soften but not to soft
- drained it
- mix the noodles with the seasoning, if its not spicy, adding Cayenne will more make it original and so spicy
- make poached egg which half boiled
Always mixing the seasoning in the bowl not while boiling, so you can adjust the water amount. you can adding vegetables too.
Maggi Masala 🇮🇳 easily adapts to every style with an Indian touch. You can make it in any style whether it is Korean style, Chinese style, Japanese or authentic Indian style curry noodles just need to add some more curry powder.
Cheong Kwan Jang Fighting🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥....... 😂😂😂🎉🎉🎉❤
yaaaaasssss. so glad you took our suggestions on the garnishes!!
Try Indomie Goreng Aceh or Mie Goreng beef rendang. You will like it, hope you try it
Asin njirrr , gw aja ga suka 🤣🤣🤣
let me give you my maggi recipe
1. add ghee to pan and add some Cumin in it when ghee is slightly hot .
2. add 2 cloves of garlic [smash it first ] add 1onian and very little green chilli cook for 1 min .
3. add 1 tomato and cook for 2 min add seasoning powder little bit of salt and red chilli powder .
4. Now add 2 cup of water to it and add 2 packet of maggi in it now make flame high and wate to cook .
note : you can definitely add extra maggi seasoning to it a little . which make it super tasty .
I always cooked indomie goreng right away at the pan, it is tastier even when already cold compare when you put the sauces at the plate
for maggi you add the seasoning in noodles stew first and let it absorb the flavours. dont roast it with veggies
Indonesian here, watching Korean eat Indomie. When I'm eating mie now hehe
As a doctor I suggest maggie noddles sometimes because we indian grow up with Maggie everyone knows how they perfer noodles so sometimes patients are done with eating bland food so to change the taste and to fill your stomach before taking medicine i suggest eating maggie.
i feel like adding veggies to maggi is a mom thing and most common is to have less water, add seasoning packet while boiling and at the end add cheese like amul cheese/ processed cheese which makes it creamy
bbg maggi does have instructions given on its packet like the og one without any extras and if u want u can add it in the boiling maggi itself
The best indomie flavor definitely has to be the orange one (i think it’s called special chicken) it’s amazing u have to try it
I first sauté the vegetables a little bit and then add uncooked maggie noodles with spice and boil in water. I like it soupy. Sometimes I add crisped sunny side up on top with no veggies too. But there's no written rule so you did fine 😊
7:30 😮😮 you really did a great job👍🏻👍🏻✨✨
BEST RAMEN I EVER HAD WHITE PACK WAS GAME CHANGER FOR ME
Hi🥰
That's why indian spices are more versatile and not spiciness means pepperiness or hotness, chilli 🌶️
It's like more intense flavours, and you just use them as per your tastebud and as per the dish you're making....
In fact north india, south india, west india, also northeast states have different culinary styles and there tastebuds are different different too 🥺
But I love ramen (korean) so much, I tried nissin available in india, they're so good, but not for all Indian tastebud🙂
I just put the Indomie seasoning into the bowl and mix together with the noodles, so you dont have to worry about too much water
You need to make it like this
1) fry diced onion...ginger and garlic paste
I personally love putging half a diced tomato and frying ut till it becomes slightly soft but its skippabkenif you hate tomato flavour
2) put green chilli in it and add noodles and water
Those are the best noodles in the world. ❤
the way you cooked the indomie goreng is similar to how my mom cooks it so i think your doing great!
since there are many ways to make these ramen - i suggest you do a video where we recommend you our recipes and then you try it. it will be fun to watchhhh too.
Well, honestly. I find some people have different "taste" of how they cook indomie goreng. Some like it dry dry, and some like it soggy noddle (even tho it's indomie goreng and not the soupy version).
I personally love soggy/little wet indomie goreng❤
Btw, i'm so happy that you take the advices well and give second chance for indomie chicken flavour soup. I watched your first video and i thought the same as the audience 😂
Yoyoyo let's gooooooo time to eat😅
I would love if you tried yippee noddles, especially the one that has two packet of spices , it's one of my all time favorite. I do think it really popular in india after maggie
girl if something related to india is mentioned then you will definitely recieve lot of love from india
Try the maggi without any veggies. Cook the noodles and the masala in a cup of water and wait till its almost dry, not dy but also not soupy. Try this to get the authentic taste and then if you want, mix in the vegies the next time based on your preference.
Laksa hack: a bit of boiling water, then Open Indomie rendang and put in the spices and mix. Then add coconut milk and add the noodles to cook.
I m from India & now i also want to try indomie.. Is it available in online?
There's indomie in India
13:26 you should add vegetables to the pot, and it will taste delicious...
14:17 You can also add chili powder or chili sauce to make it taste a little spicy...
Make maggi as instructed (simple) and then add limited water and make it dry (better than soupy maggi) and then add carrots and peas or cheese/chilli as additional toppings
Omg yay i'm glad my comment on the last video at least help a little bit and made it to this video 😅 but yeah i'm looking forward for you to try other indomie brands! subscribing ❤
Begin with following the instructions on the packaging. Have a taste of the standard version and then adjust based on your preferences.
My favorite noodles are Shirataki noodles .I don't know why but I like them so much .
Great video. Spicy Indomie is among my favorites. I would also reccomend Muratai Ramen, it's closest to restaurant quality and many styles to choose from. Another favorite is Nissan Seafood flavor.
There's alot of flavours for maggi such as chicken, curry, tomyum and asam laksa🎉 U need to try them also they are soup noodles ❤
try using a spoon to have the noodles together with the broth 😁. the umami is the broth for noodles like the laksa and the curry 🤤
Thank you.
This was very interesting.
so proud indomie go international,,,love from UGANDA ,lets try indomie here very good

All recipes of Maggi are right, you can make it however you like. You can make it soupy and when it get cold it will absorb all the soup and it will taste even better.
indomie! letsgo!🤤😍
The most stressful instant noodles review that i ever watch 😂
Listen, you don't have to add veggies! You can make it plain like the tastemaker itself has many flavours in it
and also when you put noodles in the water pls add the tastemaker and trust me it will taste so good❤❤❤
